I've been sick for three days before I even heard about this. I took it then laid down for a nap. About an hour later I woke up and I was full of energy. It does make your heart beat faster than normal. My headache and body aches are gone but my sore throat is back. So I'll give it 4 stars only because of the fast heartbeat.
