If i need it to run at 110 gph to kill something, and this sterilizer says u need a pump that does 200-300gph, how can i make it work?

On a 6X to kill algae that gives you cloudy and green water 240 GPH is required if you also want to kill parasites out of the water that can harm your fish,  then you need 110 GPH (look at chart on last page of manual).  So if you have 240 GPH it will kill the algae only but if you lower the GPH it will kill both the algae and parasites because the water flow is slower and is in contact with the UV light longer. I had the same problem so I called the tech people of my pump.  They told me to put a plastic ball valve in the tubing coming from the return side of the pump (side that the water is going out of the pump to the aquarium) and turn it down to less than half the flow.  (Two Little Fishies ATL5450W Ball Valve for Regulating Water Flow, 5/8-Inch) But by doing that you cut the filtering to you tank to much so what I did was to purchase a separate 160 MPH canister pump (Marineland C-Series Multi-Stage Canister Filter 160 GPH) and put the 6X on that and by the time the pump pushes through the 6X the water flow is slowed to about 110 GPH that is needed.  Has been working perfect for a year now

I have a 29 gal tank with a Nano30 canister filter.  Can i use this inline?  I am looking for something to control algae blooms/green water.

Actually if the flow is to fast it won't work. You can call the company or check with a local store to see wat size pump you need.

What would be a good inline UV stabilizer for a 65 gallon tank?

I have used a Coralife 18Watt unit on our 55 and 56 gallon aquariums,  not much of a stretch for that power for a 65 gallon tank. It has been very successful in those applications, both of the units have been driven by API/Rena XP filters and have successfully maintained great control over algae and bacterial loads. Easy plumbing them into those systems return lines.
