Not Off to a Great Start
Product arrived totally saturated in oil - all 3 layers of packaging. Not only was the package tediously messy to open and dispose of but the amount of oil I actually received after all the leakage was nearly only 1/2 the original weight. Last but not least, the oil burned as it got all over my hands, trying to unwrap the package. Not sure if I even want to try it now.

Not what I expected
When I received the item it was covered in oil. I've only used it one time so unsure on it's quality or functionality, but it smells a lot like argan oil which has me suspicious of it's true ingredients

Didn’t work, I have soft sparse hair. Tried on multiple body parts.

Item was crushed and completely destroyed. Oil had completely leaked out upon delivery.
I did not get a chance to even use the product.
