Great addition to their game system, the cool lights and built in fans are perfect

This, Is actually my first review written. I wanted to do so due to the amazing customer service. I ordered this back in Aug 2023. This LED cooling stand, charging station is great overall. I like the several options of lights you can choose from. It keeps my series s cool for the couple hours I play at a time. This came with 2 rechargeable batteries for my one controller that can be charged on its charging port. Unfortunately, the batteries did not work or charge at all. I had initially contacted Amazon to which they simply said I could return this item for a refund. I at the time just let it go and continued using AA batteries. FFW to one week ago, I had learned how to contact a third party seller and reached out to this seller. I explained what the issue with the batteries and with no hesitation, even after it being five months later, they offered to send me two new batteries. I received them yesterday and there are zero issues. The batteries work and the charging ports charge. This is a great item in while and worth the price of whatever it was I paid. (I can't remember) but more so, the customer service is top notch and they were willing to make things right.

What a great Station for your Xbox Series S console. Two controller chargeable section on both sides. If your console gets hot you can turn on the fan to low, medium and high plus credible colorful lights to turn on or off. I really enjoy this product. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this charging/cooling stand. The reason for only 4 stars is: the headset stand isn't a stand that connected to the rest of the mount. Rather it's a little plactis piece that slides into the little holes on the top of the Xbox and although I haven't had it fall yet it does not seem the most stable. Additionally the fan is not silent on its lowest setting by any stretch of the imagination. It's not super loud but it is noticeable. It's a wonderful product though and everything else works perfectly. I would buy it again.

My 11 year old son is a huge gamer. We got this probably a year ago and it's still running strong. He loves that it cools his system and charges his controllers, great as a multipurpose tool for gamers to save desk or dresser space. The lights are also an added fun touch.

Packaging was well done, box is a nice retail box. Everything was secured and ready for me to build. Took about 2 minutes to assemble and install it on my Xbox. The lights came on right away and gave a great show. The batteries fit the remotes perfectly, Its great that I can now dock the remotes. Though it would be nice to have a slot to charge the batteries outside of the remotes. This will not fit older model remotes which do not have the usb c on the top. Headphone holder is nice, feels secure, keeps them off of the table. Can be put on all 2 sides of the Xbox without being in the way of the controllers. Pros: 1. Sturdy well built design 2. Quiet Fan operation, 3 speeds, still quiet at TOP speed. 3. Pretty cool adjustable light show 4. Docking for remotes easy to use 5. Manual included, but can be done by a 15 year old without one Cons: 1. Had to unplug everything from my Xbox to set it up 2. No spot to charge batteries outside of controller (long gaming sessions will be an issue) Must have for all Xbox enthusiast, it really cleaned up the whole setup and makes it look flashy, the S standing up is a great look.

A really great thing to have if you use your xbox often, you're going to want a cooling stand to make sure everything running properly, and also a place to charge your controllers, and this is absolutely the way to go. Not only is it super handy to have, it looks great and really turns your console into a decoration with lights. Definitely recommend if you're looking into it.

The Xbox fits firmly in the charging station, the plastic isn't flimsy, and it's definitely sturdy. The fact that it came with two batteries for the controllers is wicked, as I can now swap out in-between sessions. That said, because I can also charge my controllers on this stand, I usually never have to swap out batteries as I can just grab another controller. The RGB lighting is fun, but the fan is somewhat loud, and I'm unsure of how effective the cooling actually is. Overall, a great product.
