Can this pump work on saltwater pools?

Yes, this self-priming pool pump is designed for saltwater pools, but not for seawater. The reinforced fiberglass housing resists saltwater exposure. Regular maintenance is recommended for lasting performance.

What size pool can this pump handle?

This 1.5 HP pool pump is ideal for most residential pools between 5,000–10,000 gallons, delivering up to 6,027 GPH, depending on your plumbing and filter system. For a more precise fit, see the next question.

How do I know if this pump fits my pool exactly?

1. Measure total system head (pipe resistance + filter pressure). 2. Match it to the pump's flow curve for flow rate. 3.Calculate pool gallons based on an 8–10 hour turnover.

Does this pump come with a timer?

No built-in timer. However, this pump features a convenient built-in ON/OFF switch for easy control.

Does this pump run quietly?

Quiet operation. The advanced impeller design reduces noise for smoother starts and quieter running compared to standard pumps.
