Better than sardines
Mackerel is a healthier alternative to sardines (oxalates). Also, the filets in this brand seem very large and tasty. I have tried a few, and for the price, these seem ok.

Good stuff, you won't be disappointed.
Very firm filets. I have ordered these (2 cases x 12 cans) probably a dozen times in the past few years. These are packaged in pretty decent olive oil, and go quite well with half a red onion. I've occasionally tried other canned mackerel, but those brands don't seem to be as tasty and solid as Season. Amazon delivery is always pretty fast.

Great taste
Great taste, easy to store. I make the same way I would make tuna fish. This is what I use instead of tuna. It claims it has less mercury and other chemicals. I can’t prove that, but the taste is really good. And my dogs love it.
