You do not know waffles until you’ve owned this beast. I thought I did. I thought I was fancy. I had what I believed was a high-end waffle maker. It had a heavy base, stainless accents, felt like a luxury item. Turns out it was a poser. A grifter. It died. Parts? Not available. Dreams? Crushed. Then this glorious monstrosity entered my life. This isn’t some flimsy kitchen toy. This is industrial. This is built for war. It’s the kind of machine that looks like it should come with a fire suppression system or a health inspector checklist. The waffles? Dear God. Crispy. Golden. Fluffy on the inside. Symmetrical perfection. Restaurant-level magic without the sadness of putting on pants. You will start eating waffles during times of day that society doesn’t allow. Waffles at midnight. Waffles for lunch. Waffles in the shower. I’m not saying I’ve done that, but I’m not saying I haven’t. This thing is built like it was forged in the collapsing heart of a neutron star by celestial beings who knew mankind would one day need to brunch its way through the apocalypse. All those people who say “they don’t make things like they used to” haven’t met this waffle maker. This is the real deal. Real metal. Real bolts. No plastic nonsense. It looks and feels like it was airlifted from the 1940s and dropped onto your countertop to remind you what durable actually means. You don’t need sprays. You don’t need tricks. You pour in the batter, you close the jaws of glory, and in minutes you’re holding edible joy. Cleanup? Practically nonexistent. The thing practically self-exorcises. Yes, it costs more than your sad dorm-room waffle iron. Good. You also shouldn’t get a cheap tattoo or hire a discount surgeon or buy sushi out of someone’s trunk. Live better. This machine will elevate you. Emotionally. Spiritually. Culinarily. Buy it. Then waffle like you’ve never waffled before.

Feels like a luxury hotel premium quality. Well worth the money, the timing and heat get a little bit of used to and since the irons are deep, figuring out how much batter to use can be a little tricky. Other than that, perfect for our family and just portable enough to take on Air BNBs.

I purchased this waffle maker for my daughter in law so she'd make waffles for the grands. I have one for myself and they eat waffles like they're going out of town. Not wanting to bring out my old one due to it forever sticking and the hassle of clean-up etc. I purchase one of these and WOW-what a difference! NOTHING STICKS! It bakes waffles easily and has one control for light-dark waffles. Green light tells you it's ready and with a thin spray of Pam ONLY FOR THE FIRST WAFFLE - it will continue to make waffles fast and easy. They come right off the fixed trays-and don't let that turn you off. A simple wipe with a dish rag suffices but even that really isn't necessary as nothing sticks to the grids. It's easy to gauge how much product to put on and even when testing I put too much on, but it wasn't a big deal to clean the overflow. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but this is such a great waffle maker-I'm hooked. It's not cheaply made like plastic ones, but is lightweight enough I can lift it from a bottom shelf with easy.

A large footprint on the counter top takes up a lot of space for an occasional waffle. Unit is of typical Chinese construction, thin gauge sheet metal construction, sturdy enough for home use but questionable for commercial applications. Unit CANNOT be disassembled for cleaning, grids must be cleaned in place. Now for the good! Great waffles from the start, grids must be throughly greased to prevent sticking and that's it. I used Primier Protein mix and have not had anything but quality waffles. Better than going out! One control, temperature only and a mechanical count down timer, which you have to be mindful of. Heavy duty power cord, uses over 1400w of electricity. Heating is fairly even and cooked waffles are throughly done.

This VEVOR Commercial Waffle Maker is built like a Tank or Battleship. It weighs as much. After being on the road for many years, I got use to great waffles at the Marriott. At home, I tried 3 different waffle makers and had to return all of them. Hate under cooked waffles or burnt ones. So I tried the Vevor. It is very close if not the same as you would find at Good Hotels. It is very Important to get a really good Waffle Mix (Golden) and follow instructions..Exactly. It make really good restaurant / hotel grade waffles. My only complaint it that it is really BIG and Heavy. But if you want the Best Waffle Maker out there, then this is the one you must have. NOTE- regarding this review, I purchased this waffle maker because I wanted great waffles. Did not get it for free.

Showed up broken, right side never worked and left side only had half power. Ordered for my diner because it says commercial. Absolute garbage and absolutely zero help from customer service to try and rectify the situation. Hard to clean, only order if you like small half cooked waffles.

We got this as a gift for a friend. It makes excellent waffles, and it's a good product for a reasonable price.

This thing was worth the money. I can’t stand a little waffle makers that take forever to make enough waffles for the family to eat. This thing more than doubles the output and does such a great job.
