This is the last step in an excellent haircare system that promotes thickness and volume in fine/thin hair without the weigh-down associated with heavy silicones or excessive conditioning. Although this spray can be used apart from the other products in the system, it works best with the other products. I’m a male with thinning hair, and this apple/fruit-scented volumizing/thickening spray works well to lift my hair and give it the appearance of thicker hair, especially in my thinning areas. The directions on the bottle do not indicate how much to use, which may require experimenting with various amounts. On my short hair, I use four sprays and then use my hands to work the product throughout my hair. Then, I blow dry my hair. Other reviews of this product indicate that it didn’t deliver any volume or thickness. My suggestion would be to add more product and blow dry rather than air dry. An interesting fact about this product is that it is basically the same product with the vast majority of the same ingredients as the Biolage Full Density treatment spray (I also have that product), which costs three times as much as this for the same result.

I have been using Fructis Mega Full due to my thinning hair. I stopped it 6 months ago because my hair was so unmanageable and stiff feeling. I decided to give this newer version a try. There is no comparison. The first time I used it; I pumped 6 sprays to my wet hair. I combed it through several times and then dried my hair with my blow dryer. I was stunned at the results. It felt so soft and looks like I have twice as much hair. The increase in volume is amazing. And I don't even care that the bottle looks like it was shortened of product. For the price point, it is so worth it. If they would have put it in an opaque bottle we wouldn't even know it.

I have very fine and thin hair. This product makes my hair seem fuller and thicker and is the best product I have found. -And I have tried many!

My hair has been visibly thinning as I have gotten older. My blowouts have been lacking the volume I am used to. I've been using another manufacturer's post-shampoo hair filler spray, but found out they are not cruelty free. Was happy to find this from Garnier. It works great for me. After shampoo and conditioner, I middle part my hair & spray about 10 pumps in each side, and blow out my hair with a round boars bristle brush. It works great! It helps my hair hold its wave and style for much longer, around 4 days, than when I don't use this. It's a very reasonable price point so I don;t need to worry about "conserving" it. One half star off because the other brand I liked to use has a heat protectant included in its formulation, that would be an upgrade for me (since I now need to look for a different product as a heat protectant for heat styling / curling irons etc. Recommend!

I like it but not sure if I love it! It add volume but it’s definitely got some stiffness to it! Smells great!

Really adds a lot if volume and works very well. Hold lasts and it’s not sticky after drying. Have ordered 2 times already!Hair Looks Amazing!

This "works" in the sense that it made my hair appear thicker. But it made my hair feel awful - more coarse than usual, sticky, and hard to comb through. It felt like I had put hair spray in my hair. Just awful. Maybe it works better for other hair types.
