The Best Birdseed!
My backyard birds LOVE this seed! I can’t keep my BirdBuddy full with how much they enjoy it. My most frequent visitors—mourning doves, cardinals, house finches, eastern bluebirds, chickadees, pigeons, robins, and goldfinches—love this stuff. I go through a bag at least once a week for my single feeder. I love that it also attracts birds I never even normally see in our crowded suburban neighborhood—especially during peak breeding or migratory seasons. I use this one year-round as my birds seem to prefer it over more basic seed mixes.

Birds seem to love it!
Wagner's Gourmet Nut & Fruit Wild Bird Food has become a staple in my backyard bird-feeding routine, and for good reason. This high-quality blend of nuts and fruits is a hit with my feathered visitors, providing them with a nutritious and delicious treat. First and foremost, let's talk about the ingredients. This bird food is packed with a variety of nuts and fruits, including sunflower seeds, peanuts, raisins, and cherries. Not only do these ingredients offer essential nutrients for wild birds, but they also add a burst of flavor and texture that keeps them coming back for more. One of the things I appreciate most about this bird food is its versatility. It's suitable for a wide range of bird species, from cardinals and chickadees to woodpeckers and finches. Whether I'm filling a feeder or scattering it on the ground, I always see a diverse array of birds flocking to enjoy this gourmet blend. In terms of packaging, the 5-pound size is convenient and manageable, making it easy to store and handle. Plus, the resealable bag helps to keep the bird food fresh for longer, ensuring that it maintains its quality over time. I've noticed that since I started using Wagner's Gourmet Nut & Fruit Wild Bird Food, the bird activity in my backyard has increased significantly. It's a joy to watch them feast on this nutritious blend, and I feel good knowing that I'm providing them with a healthy and satisfying meal. Overall, I highly recommend Wagner's Gourmet Nut & Fruit Wild Bird Food to any backyard bird enthusiast. It's a premium blend that attracts a wide variety of bird species and provides them with the nourishment they need to thrive. If you want to bring more feathered friends to your yard, give this bird food a try.

WAGNER'S GOURMET VARIETY
BIRDIES AND SQUIRRELS ARE ENJOYING THIS FOOD. I MIX IT WITH AN AUDUBON VARIETY TO GIVE MORE NUTS TO 3 YOUNG SQUIRRELS. I'VE ALSO ADDED MORE SUNFLOWER SEED CHIPS. NO MESS SEEDS ARE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE BUT IN THIS SUPER FRIGID OHIO NORTH COAST WEATHER (LORAIN COUNTY), MANY BIRDS COME AT A TIME TO MY FEEDING TABLE AND THEY NEED TO EAT QUICKLY. WAGNER'S DOESN'T HAVE CORN PIECES. NOTHING ENJOYING THE FEED TABLE EATS CORN. THERE'S A MESS OF CORN BITS ALL OVER THE DEEP SNOW PILES AND DRIVEWAY. THERE IS 1 YOUNG MALE JUNCO WHO GUARDS THE TABLE AND WON'T LET OTHERS FEED. WE SPREAD THE FOODS AROUND SO ALL CRITTERS HAVE ACCESS TO IT. STARLINGS BARGING IN MAKE A MESS SCATTERING SEEDS/NUTS TO THE GROUND BUT THOSE GROUNDED BITS ALLOW FOR SMALLER BIRDS TO SNATCH THEM UP. *** WARNING: NEVER FEED WILDLIFE SALTED SEEDS OR FOODS! I'VE SEEN SEVERAL REVIEWS FROM BUYERS STATING THEY DO. LOOK FOR BLANCHED NUTS AND HEAT TREATED NO GROW SEEDS. YOU CAN BUY SPICEY SEASONINGS TO ADD TO SEEDS. I ONCE PUT OUT SOME STALE SPICEY CHEESE CRACKERS. OH MY THE NEIGHBORHOOD SPARROWS CAME AND HAD A FEAST! THE RACKET THEY MADE, ENJOYING THE FLAVORS AND WIPING THEIR BEAKS ON THE METAL FENCE RAILS.... I WOULDN'T PUT THOSE OUT WHEN'S THERE'S NO FRESH WATER AVAILABLE. I WITNESSED JUNCOS LEARNING TO EAT PEANUTS BY WATCHING SPARROWS BREAK NUTS APPART. MARLENE ><t>

🐦Feed your critters when it's cold!!🐿🦃
This 5lb bag lasted me almost a week. I put an 8oz scoop in the feeder when I get home in the afternoon & scatter almost that much on the ground... maybe 12-15 ft away from the feeder, mostly an attempt to keep the squirrels busy. What I scatter on the ground feeds squirrels, redheaded woodpeckers, blue jays, cardinals, doves, a variety of little birds I never see in the feeder, turkeys & sometimes black bears. On my days off I'll put a scoop in the feeder & on the ground 2-3 times. I can't fill my feeder full & leave it- all it takes is 1 dang squirrel to eat the whole thing- if I don't catch him! That's why I only fill it when Im home- so I can stand guard! In Spring, Summer & Fall I have to watch for bears trying to get it. This brand is a good mix- heavy on the nuts & sunflower pieces with some fruit. The sunflower seed "pieces" look tiny like crumbs but that's ok- finches, chickadees & small birds love it!! And because it's pieces- there's no shells, so you're getting a bag of all eatable food. I have a big redheaded woodpecker that typically only eats what I throw out on the ground- because he is so big he has a hard time landing on & getting from the feeder. He likes the nuts in this food so well, after what's on the ground is gone he'll make attempts at the feeder. I feel like $14 a week is a lot, for me, to spend on critter food- but it is SUCH A JOY to watch them all!!! It's nothing for me to have 5or 6 at the feeder, one on top of the pole waiting, as well as 6-8 more on the porch banisters waiting their turn, along with 6-8 on the ground pecking below the feeder. I am seeing a variety of migratory birds as well because they are ones I have never seen before- that's pretty interesting. I wish it came in bigger than 5lb bag so I didn't have to buy every week. I would definitely buy this brand again, but I will be looking everywhere for more like a 20lb bag.

Birds Love It
I have this product on my Subscribe and Save because the backyard birds love it! It attracts several different types of birds. I put a cup of it out nearly every day. The birds will hang around and wait for me to set it out in the morning, and once I do, there’s a flurry of birds swooping in for breakfast. It also attracts squirrels and raccoons.
