SingStar Country Stand Alone - PlayStation 2

This had many great country songs. I got it for my son as he is the country music lover, but there were still several songs I was familiar with. It works with all the SingStar items we already had and made a great family game night, and fun times with friends.

I bought this game about a month ago off of amizon. It had been out for a while and so I was very excited when I finally found it to buy. It came very quickly in the mail as well. I really enjoy this game because it has a wide variety of country songs that evryone can enjoy, from children to adults. Its a great game for parties or for when you are just in a singin mood. Overall I love it!

I have never done karaoke but this has been a lot of fun. I like the selection of songs. I like the country music more that sing star selection.

The music on this game is fantastic. However, we didn't realize when we purchased this item, that you could ONLY play using the SingStar USB mics. We have other mics, but the game will not work without the SingStar USB mic combo set. Now we are in search of those, so we can play the game. We can't wait to use it, it looks like a lot of fun. The music is crisp and clear, the images are awesome on an HD TV, and it's upbeat country music that is actually popular - not just music that is so so like you find in the Guitar Hero games or event he Rock Band games. Once we track down some SingStar mics, I am sure we will be playing this game all the time.

I wanted to make sure it was in good working condition because the discs are a little sensitive,So I bought one that was new and still in the package. If you have never played this game before, you might want to pull up a list of the songs that are on here. I owned one before that got broken, so I knew exactly what I was looking for. This game is fun and I love playing it by myself or with friends and family.

I read that this video was compatible with PS3 which is why I bought it but on Christmas day when we put it in our PS3 player it immediately said it would not work.I will be sending this disk back.However, this is not a true review since we didn't get to even play it.......so don't judge by my experience. I received the disk promptly and it was new just as promised........just didn't work for my situation.

The kids liked it. Nothing spectacular but good and fun to do. Worth the price for PS2 if you are inclined to do so.

A few songs they didn't know but other than that

Expected game to play on ps3 like all other ps2 singstar games but this does not so was very disappointed

Die CD ist auf deutschen Playstation's nicht abspielbar.Leider habe ich das nicht gesehen und nun das Geld umsonst ausgegeben.

I haven't been able to try the game out yet because I haven't been able to find the remote to my ps2 :( it looks good tho, no scratches or anything on the disc that I can see
