I wanted to try this to see if it would help thicken my hair which seems to have gotten thinner since I hit menopause. It's easy to use and if the smell is any indication, high potency. I found the product claims regarding clinical testing interesting, but the clinical studies are for individual ingredients and not for this specific formulation/combination, and the studies on some of the ingredients are still pretty limited. While it's worth trying this product, because results can vary so much from person to person, don't expect a miracle cure. I use this about twice a week on average and I have noticed some limited improvement in the texture and thickness of my hair. It doesn't take a lot of product to get good coverage, which is a plus, since it's a bit pricey. It says to use it over a 4-5 month period, so depending on how liberally you apply it, you may or may not be able to do that with a single bottle. While the smell of this isn't what I'd call unpleasant, it is quite strong, which is the one thing I really don't like about it. If you don't have unrealistic expectations, this product does do a good job as far as I can tell. My hair does *feel* a bit thicker and has a healthy-looking sheen. It is a bit expensive and you may need more than one bottle to see results, depending on how much product you use per application. If you're willing to try anything for thicker/more hair, this is probably a good place to start, since the investment in that sense is minimal and there's no risk of harm.

This is a very lightweight oil that is very easy to apply with the enclosed dropper. I applied a drop or two to certain areas of my scalp, then massaged it in. It was very soothing to my scalp. It did not leave my hair feeling oily or weighed down. I think this is a great oil to use on a daily basis to maintain good scalp and hair health. See my photo for the ingredients. I believe that with daily use, this oil should deliver the benefits it claims. The price is reasonable. This is a very good quality hair, with beneficial ingredients. You get 2 fl oz. The size was also different than was listed in the item details, but I had seen the true size in the listing photos, so that was not a surprise. [MULTI-PRONGED APPROACH TO HAIR GROWTH] It has a pretty impressive ingredients list, targeting hair growth from several angles: boosting blood flow, providing nutrients, calming inflammation, and protecting against damage. They've even included some patented ingredients like Anagain, Baicapil, Procapil, and Redensyl, which I was particularly excited to try. [HARSH SCENT] Unfortunately, I haven't been able to actually use the product yet because the scent is just too strong for me. I'm really sensitive to smells, and this one is overwhelming. I'm hoping I'll be able to acclimate to it eventually, but as of right now, I can't get past the scent.

I'm impressed with this hair treatment oil for ease of use and lack of greasiness. I frequently find hair oils to not have proper instructions making in unclear how long to leave the treatment in (and some oils apparently shouldn't sit for more than a few hours to avoid clogging follicles, etc.). You simply apply a few drops and massage into the scalp 1 to 3 times per week, letting it sit overnight. This makes it easy to add to your existing hair washing routine by applying the oil the night before or 8ish hours before you plan to wash your hair. It is quite thick so I did have to take a little more time to distribute it and massage it into the thinning areas of my scalp. I used fingertips and a scalp massager; both work fine. It truly was not greasy! Usually I have to wear my hair in a bun or wear a hat after applying an oil treatment, but my hair looked clean. The oil had a mild, pleasant tingling sensation. It did not irritate my scalp or feel heavy after a few hours like so many products do. However, there is a huge problem with the bottle. The dropper bounces back out of the bottle and can even bounce completely out. It did this today and landed on my favorite pants, right out of the dryer, and left a bad stain. You have to push the dropper in VERY hard and then screw the cap on to keep it from bouncing off. The glass tube winds up pushed into the plastic squeezy piece and thus there is nothing for you to squeeze. I am very annoyed with having to keep pulling the glass tube out to squeeze out a few drops of oil, then push it back in so that I can close the bottle. I can't make a determination yet on long term results but for short term ease of use, I'll be able to stick with this long enough to hopefully notice a difference. The bottle is generously sized and should last a while.

High-quality hair growth oil. Lightweight, and easy to use. Nice for moisturizing your scalp and it works great. Good value for the price.

I have recently added this to my hair care routine, since over the winter my hair can be dry sometimes. After applying, my hair felt smoother and stronger. This was very easy to apply and was very lightweight for my hair. My hair was not irritated or damaged at all after using this, and this is very fairly priced.

This hair oil starts working a lot faster than rosemary oil because it contains a potent mix of hair growth ingredients. This has rosemary in it, but also has redensyl, procapil, etc to supercharge hair growth. It took about 2 months for me to see noticeable results, but that's a lot faster than 4-6 months for rosemary or minoxidil alone. This one is also based off natural plant based ingredients so I feel safer using it long term.

I tried this product for almost one month and had to stop taking such because I could no longer take it and it was making my hair thinner. Specifically, after merely putting it on my hair one time I noticed my hair was thinner. It did make my hair very soft, smooth, and silk like, but it thinned my hair significantly. Still, I persisted in using such for a total of 24 days just to see whether or not it would cause any new or better hair growth. Unfortunately, I did not experience any noticeable new or better hair growth and my hair was thinned appreciably by this. It does have a very mild pleasant and clean smell, sort of like a blend of a variety of oils, and it goes on the scalp and skin smoothly. The dropper that is built into the bottle holds a large amount of oil and it automatically fills up when you put the dropper in the bottle. The bottle is translucent, yet dark enough to somewhat protect any ingredients from being degraded by UV light. There are two reasons why I stopped using this product and rated this product as 1 star: (1) it did not help to grow my hair at all and it even thinned out my hair a little after using it one time and a bit more after using it for nearly a month; and (2) It is made in India and the box it comes in says it is "For Export Only," which suggests to me that those who are making it are unwilling to sell or give it to people in their own nation and area, that it does not comply with local requirements, or that it may be unhealthy or of low quality by local standards. For a product like this, the inferences I draw from such statement on the box are negative. For the foregoing reasons, I have rated this product as 1 star and decided it would be safer and better for me to not take this product anymore. Others may have a different experience and view the "For Export Only" information on the box differently than I do, but for me I want to feel comfortable and safe putting a product on my hair and head and the "For Export Only" statement on the box makes me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe putting this on my head and hair. I do not recommend this product in these circumstances.

The product is extremely greasy, and has a really bad residual smell. Not sure about the efficacy over long term, because I won't be buying another bottle of this.

This Hair Growth Oil from Derma Global has ingredients that look promising. It includes things like Procapil, Redensyl, and Capilia Longa, along with natural oils like rosemary, jojoba, and pumpkin seed. Coming from India, a country known for thick, luscious hair, it felt like a good option to try, especially as I’ve been losing more hair than usual during perimenopause. The oil itself feels like good quality. It’s not greasy and doesn’t have a strong or unpleasant smell, which I really appreciate since some hair oils I’ve tried before can be overwhelming. The bottle is 60ml, amber-colored, and comes with a pipette applicator, which I was initially happy about. Unfortunately, the pipette didn’t work properly—it wouldn’t press to dispense the oil. I ended up transferring it to another bottle I had with a working pipette, which solved the problem but was a bit of a hassle. It’s too early to see any results yet, but I’m happy with it so far. The oil feels nice to use, doesn’t leave my hair greasy, and has no bad smell. I also like that it contains clinically backed actives that give me confidence in its potential. At £17.45 (at the time of writing), it’s not the cheapest, but if it helps with hair growth, I’d say it’s worth it. It’s just a shame about the faulty applicator, as it did take away from the overall experience.

This is a glass bottle contains 60ml or 25floz of potent hair growth oil, I got his for myself and for my husband, as reading the ingredient and looking into the ingredients made me feel that the makers have produced an excellent formula to help your hair from falling out and also, hopefully, regrowing back. My husband has used this now 3 times a week for the last weeks and I have noticed that his hair is a bit more denser, hopefully after three or four months there will be some visible hair growth, though, it does take six months or more to achieve this, he will therefore carry on. This product is packed with all of the right ingredients and is safe to use as well, to get optimum benefit it needs to be applied at night and left over night, this is what I and my husband are doing and I can see my hair feels nice after a few weeks, so after several months it should work even better. The price is not cheap, but if you buy products for hair growth you will know how expensive they are, in comparison, this product is cheap and definitely worth a go, so I think it is well made and should work over time, as a result I am giving this hair oil five stars.
