Good for mom and baby
Contains the ingredients pregnancy requires for healthy mom and baby. If you're already in the morning sickness phase, these may not sit well in your stomach (does anything?), but they're easy to take, don't have a bad smell, and are giving you what you need.

Premium vitamin
I have been trying out a variety of different pre-natal vitamins and I did like these but I don't know, based on the price, if this is something I would use for my entire pregnancy and postpartum journey. I did not feel nauseous on them which is one of the main points the product highlights. I also love that these are made ethically in the United States and they are careful and attentive in their product packaging. When you compare the ingredients line by line I didn't see where there was anything too different from other pre-natal vitamins on the market in terms of the essentials, what you should look for in a vitamin.

So much to like about this prenatal ...
There is so much to love about this Ladywell Prenatal Multivitamin.Getting ready to conceive has been so much better with good nutrition. For one, I don't do well with most daily vitamins, and take them with food to reduce the impact on my sensitive stomach. Not sure how they do it, but this multivitamin doesn't cause any stomach upset or nausea at all (ginger is one of the ingredients), and the two vegetarian capsules are easy to take. There is no taste or smell to these capsules. One of the things I've been looking at closely for prenatal multivitamins is the quality. Contaminants, like heavy metals, can made their way into the ingredients that make up the total supplement. This Ladywell Prenatal Multivitamin is clean and tested and ethically made in a USA cGMP facility (California). The expiration date is about two years from when I received it, there is a lot number for quality control, and website provided. Even the glass bottle is BPA, and PFA free (I always transfer supplements to dark colored glass bottles to reduce exposure to plastics - and will use this bottle). This is a plant based supplement and provides a 30 day supply - I'm only a week into taking this supplement and will update this review if there are any adverse effects - so far so good! This supplement has additional ingredients that I haven't had in other prenatal (30 mcg Biotin, for example)- especially the gummy prenatal multivitamin types, as I took those in hopes they would be easier to digest. That said, the amount Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is relatively low (50 mg) in this supplement and if you haven't heard of DHA, it's worth reading about it to learn more. At higher doses, studies have linked DHA to reduced preterm births. I will still need to take DHA as an additional supplement because 50mg is too low for me.In general all of the vitamins and minerals included in this prenatal multivitamin are at the low end of daily values compared with other general multivitamins (all are at 125% or less of the recommended % daily value for pregnant and nursing women). This is pretty common for prenatal multivitamins. More is not always better when it comes to vitamins - specially the fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K. I'm adding a few supplements to increase the vitamins that I know I personally need more of (B6 and B12, for example).I do like this easy to take 2 a day Ladywell Prenatal Multivitamin and will likely order it again ... based mainly on the great combo of ingredients and the outstanding quality.
