Very sharp, careful!
Very nice weight, balance, and sharpness. Be careful. Box is great for drawer storage and access, too.

nice blades, short handles
These are a very nice upgrade from the knives I've been using. The blades are stiff and sharp. The handles feel short in my hand, though. I do have large hands... generally wearing XL glove size.

Great Knives
I had an old pair of Wushtosf or however you spell it. Wanted something new and these are great. The brand stamp on the back of the knife could be smaller, but that aside, awesome product.
