These are my go to running fuel! They taste like honey and aren’t too sweet or fake tasting like some others. They are perfect to put in your shorts/belt/vest for your long runs and even if it gets hot out, they just become easier to quickly take during your run. I don’t get any digestive issues with these or stomach cramps. I will continue to use these and recommend them to others!

These gels are easy to carry and work great for longer runs and bike rides when I need a quick source of energy. The honey flavor tastes natural and isn't as artificial or overly sweet as some other gels I've tried. The taste of these gells isn't bad and the texture is thinner than the icing thickness of other gels. You definitely get that hit of honey up front, followed by the after taste of whatever flavor you choose. I can't attest to how well they affect your energy because I've never experienced a noticeable "boost" of energy form any gel. I can say that I completed a long run with energy to spare. Whether that is attributed to fitness or these gels or a bit of both is impossible to say. I did not experience any adverse stomach issues or ill effects during my run however, one person did tell me they had. This is likely based on the individual so it's worth trying them. They are about the same size as the gels I Generally Use only the slightest bit longer. They fit easily into the pocket of my running vest. If you like the natural honey taste and want something that's a bit more liquidy and easy to swallow, these are a lower cost option that is worth a shot.

This is a great gel for distance runners. It’s basically honey, so no GI issues after many uses. The taste is good, it’s honey colored (or colorless for the fruity one). Be careful opening or you will be sticky!

Patties for my son because he isn’t a fan of some of the other flavor of energy gels, but he loves honey. He really liked them easy to eat in the middle of a game.

Great tasting quick energy

I've used these gels for years and you simply can't go wrong with them. The value for the money is better than most gels on the market. They're easy on my stomach and easy to take on the go. The texture is best when they're warmer as the cold makes them a bit thicker but still, easy to put down with a sip of water. I use these on long runs, short runs and on the go if I need a quick honey fix. I've found the to be effective in giving me the calories and the boost I need during my races.

Sin duda te dan el levantón cuando lo necesitas pero el sabor es muy muy dulce.

Los use para un rally 24 horas. Son una maravilla te dan el boost de energía que necesitas y te quitan el hambre. Excelente para actividades físicas prolongadas y largos periodos sin dormir. Evitenlos pero si lo tienen que hacer esto ayuda un montón jaja.
