Super happy about my kindle.

This kindle truly surpassed my expectations. I upgraded from a 7th gen Kindle Paperwhite (2015) and I have to say that it's so amazing compared to my older Kindle. The display is so much larger in person and the new paperwhite is somehow lighter! The battery so far seems decent, it's really easy to buy and download books. I would 100% recommend this kindle to someone who has never had one. It really reduces the friction of reading a book and makes you enjoy it a lot more. The device is very light, thin and is perfectly portable with a nice crisp display and backlight in yellow and white too, but would recommend a case as it can probably get scratched easily.

I’ve been contemplating about upgrading to the latest Paperwhite for several weeks. My old standard Kindle 10th generation is alive and well, even the battery still lasts weeks. I was trying to be e-waste cognizant, thinking that I don’t really need to change, etc. But with the Thanksgiving promotion, I decided to pull the trigger. … Feels like a step-change! Haven’t noticed any drawbacks yet, frankly. Despite some reviews I did not notice any un-uniformity of the light. Warm light is a huge difference for you eyes if you like to read in the dark. The loading speed and page turning finally feels like more or less modern technology, not the XX-century. It’s swift, almost no delay and even has slight animation). Wireless charging! You can now charge almost everything on the single q-charger. USB-C is also there and charges very fast, mine went from 41% to 87% in ~20 minutes. The screen is noticeably crisper, pictures are finally pictures, not a blurred grey spot. Oh, and don’t worry about the size-the difference is there, but I’d call it negligible. I went for the Signature edition, as the price difference is not that high. If you’re still hesitating, don’t! You won’t regret it!

I mean it made me into a reading addict. One of the best piece of tech that I ever seen.

I really like it! Started reading lots of books after I bought it which is good for people who get bored from books. Only problem is the updates, which might be annoying as some of them have bugs. Overall its good:)

It's my second Kindle and I always have to recommend them! Much better than Paperwhite 4 ver. I am still waiting to add more dictionaries, but other than that perfect! Also price on UAE amazon is crazy good in comparison to different countries, just take it and be happy with all the books that you can read!

I upgraded from the 2018 model (shows how indestructible these things are) and this newer model is essentially the same but crucially faster. I immediately notice the page swipe is quicker and there's no lag when shopping. If you're upgrading, you'll notice the size difference. I have small hands and I think I'll need a strap for this model. I was worried about the weight increase as I read my kindle a lotttt but it's barely noticeable. If you're new to paper white, I'd say it's the best model of the kindle range. No glare, no unnecessary colours, doesn't keep you awake like other screens and the brightness and text size adjustments are ideal - lots of range to find what's right for you.And as mentioned, they're indestructible. I've never used a case and my previous model has been around the world for 8 years. Comparison photos of paper white 10th gen / 2018 and the new model. Kindle paperwhite第10世代から買い替えました。 画面のレスポンスが早い！第10世代に比べて読書中のストレスはほとんどなくなりました。 明るさ調整だけでなく、暖色↔︎寒色の調整ができるのもgood。 軽いので外出先で本を読みたい人にはめちゃめちゃおすすめです。 あと防水なので風呂場でも読めます（長風呂注意）

Kindleを買ってから、自分がこんなに読書を好きになるなんて思っていませんでした。 とにかく便利で、公園で犬の散歩をしながら読んだり、外出先でも気軽に読めます。コンパクトで軽いので持ち運びもしやすいですし、バッテリーもかなり長持ちします。 寝る前に読むことが多いのですが、目にも優しく感じます。文字もシャープで見やすく、画面の質感も紙っぽくてとても気に入っています。 本を読むための端末として本当に完璧だと思います。 購入してから、もう16冊読み終えました。読書がもっと楽しくなりました！

Es muy buena opción para tener una lectura con la luz y tamaño de letra que requieres para no forzar tu vista, es ligero, la batería dura bastante, traigo muchos libros, puedo comprar al momento el libro que requiero, se extraña el olor de un libro nuevo, pero sin duda es una excelente opción para leer, lo recomiendo

كشخص بيحتاج يعمل بحث مطول عن أي جهاز أو حاجة قيمة عايز يشتريها، عملت كده مع الكيندل. ولقيت كم من المراجعات بتتكلم عن قد إيه اقتناء جهاز قراءة الكتروني حاجة عملية جدًا لأي حد بيحب القراءة. بس كان عندي تخوف بحكم إن الجهاز انتاج أمازون تكون الشركة بتضخ فلوس للدعاية غير الحقيقية عن الجهاز. ولكن، حقيقي اتفاجئت. الأول، هبدأ بأكثر خاصية اتفاجئت بيها، وهي تجربة القراءة نفسها. كشخص كان بيقرأ محتوى كتير على شاشات الكمبيوتر والتليفون وما شابه، القراءة عالجهاز ده بدون أي مبالغات عاملة زي القراءة عالكتاب بسبب خاصية الحبر الإلكتروني (جوجل لو عايز تعرف أكتر عنها). والموضوع ده لما قرأت مراجعات عنه كخاصية في الجهاز مكنتش متخيل جماله نهائي. فأول مرة مسكت فيها الجهاز وفتحت كتاب عليه، مكنتش فاهم ازاي العرض شكله كده! مفيش أي انعكاسات عالشاشة، مفيش اضاءة مزعجة، والحروف شكلها حقيقي، زي ما يكون حبر على ورق. وده مش هتتخيل بيخلي وجع العين اللي بييجي من الشاشات بيقل ازاي. خصوصًا انك كمان ممكن تكبر حجم الخط بدرجة تخيلك تقرأ بنمتهى درجات الراحة. غير بقى تغيير الفونت وسمكه. وغير انك لو محب لقراءة الأدب بالإنجليزية، خاصية القاموس (بدون الإحتياج لتوصيله بالإنترنت) حقيقي جميلة. لدرجة إن تجربة القراءة بقت سلسة جدًا عن أي وقت في حياتي. الأول كنت بحتاج إني ابقى فاتح قاموس على جهاز تاني وقاعد مربوط بيه، سواء تليفون أو كمبيوتر. والموضوع ده مكانش أسوأ حاجة في الدنيا يعني، بس الخاصية دي تحديدًا سهلت القراءة جدًا لدرجة اني حقيقي بقيت حاسس اني متدلع، خصوصُا انها بتفتح في شباك صغير جوا الصفحة نفسها بدون ما تطلعك منها. كمان لما بتبقى موصله بالنت تقدر تستخدم مترجم من لغة الكتاب لأي لغة انت حاببها بنفس الشكل. وأخيرًا خاصية انك تحدد سطر وتكتب ملاحظاتك عليه دي تحفة لأي حد بيدرس محتوى علمي أو بيعمل بحث. لأنه فيه قائمة بتفتحها من أي حتة جوا الكتاب، بيكون مترتب فيها كل ملاحظاتك على هيئة مختصرة، ولما بتدوس على ملاحظة فيهم بيوديك للحتة اللي كتبت فيها الملاحظة وبيفتحلك ملاحظتك. وبضغطة واحدة يرجعك تاني مطرح ما كنت في الكتاب. ثانيًا، الجهاز وزنه خفيف جدًا لدرجة انه أخف من أي كتاب ممكن تشتريه. خصوصًا لو انت قارئ روايات بشكل أكبر. وده خلاني بتحرك بيه حرفيًا في أي مشوار بروحه. وبسبب اني بقيت آخده في كل حتة، مفيش مشوار طويل، أو وقت انتظار طبيب أو بنك أو مشوار حكومي أو مواصلات إلا وحرفيًا مبحسش بيه. وحالة الخنقة اللي كانت بتجيلي من فكرة اني ضيعت وقت في المشوار ده مبقتش بتجيلي خلاص. غير إني تخلصت تماماً من عادة إني قاعد ماسك الموبايل طول المشوار ده بشكل يجيب اكتئاب. حقيقي مبسوط إني اشتريته وكل ما بستخدمه بحس الإحساس ده وانا بستخدمه حرفيًا كل يوم بقالي 3 شهور من وقت ما اشتريته. أنصح بيه أي حد بيحب القراءة. وسيبك بقى من فكرة "أصلي بحب إحساس الكتاب" والكلام ده. لو هو ده السبب اللي هيمنعك انك تشتريه، صدقني مش هتحس خالص انك بتقرأ من شاشة. إلا لو بتحب ريحة الكتب وصوت خرفشة الورقة وانت بتقلبها والكلام الفارغ ده :"D الجهاز من كتر ما هو بقى جزء أساسي في حياتي من ساعة ما جيبته، لسة حالًا قبل ما اكتب المراجعة دي مشتري واحد لمراتي عشان هي برضه بتحب القراءة وفي عروض الجمعة البيضاء وكده.
