Overall very good, value for money but a bit noisy
Good vacuum cleaner with excellent suction power. The 1700W motor and 42L capacity work well for both wet and dry cleaning. HEPA filter is effective and build quality feels solid. The wet/dry functionality is very useful and it comes with good attachments. At 6.5k, it's decent value for the features offered. Only downside, It's quite loud during operation, so not ideal for use when others are sleeping or in quiet environments. Overall recommended if you can handle the noise level.

Poor customer service
Product was initially very good. Recently I could sense smell in the coils. I'm trying to reach the customer service but no one responds to the customer service number.

Nice product for cleaning office or home.

Not for long use
Product is ok but shuts down after 10 minutes of use to prevent overheating of the motor and starts after 15 - 20 minutes again

If there is suction power or speed power button high and low to adjust
Hello friends, I'm from Bhutan and I bought this product in doubt but I really like it and it's easy to use. The product is good in condition. But I think suctio power or speed is Lil bit low other than that it's awesome for my home use.
