Lanolin 4 oz. USP Grade Anhydrou 100% Pure Skin Moisturizer##

Due to several skin conditions, I've lost a lot of my natural skin barrier protection. I added lanolin to a beeswax and shea butter concoction I make and Oh my Heavenly Days, it's worked miracles on my hands and other dry, problem areas of my skin. I have no more rough or cracked heels. I've read a few other reviewers who complained about the smell of lanolin going so far as to say it smelled like dog feces but this js absolutely untrue! It does have a slight odor, it's all natural after all, but it disappears quickly and does not stop me from using it several times a day. No one, including my husband and other people who would certainly tell me if the odor of it is unpleasant or disturbing, have every said, "What's that smell" or "What stinks?". If you're unsure, buy the smallest size to try it out and I'll bet you'll be glad you did!

I used lanolin many, many years ago when nursing babies. It was a big help for the soreness you get from nursing. But this time I purchased for dry and raggedy looking cuticles. (I do not spend money on manicures. I'm a senior on a budget.). This works great on cuticles and even on your hands. I think it even helped my nails to stay moisturized. The only small drawback is that there is just a little smell to this product. But the smell fades away quickly.

I have psoriatic arthritis and when I have a break-out on my skin, I get red, rough patches. My physician suggested using lanolin and said it’s the only moisturizer that the skin absorbs. He was right. This lanolin is pure, natural and fragrance-free. After about a week of use, my scaly patches disappear. The new container is much appreciated - it used to come in a thick, plastic bag which was messy to use. Now it’s easy to use.

Needed some lanolin for a skin rash (it worked!), and this was by far the cheapest on Amazon. But it seems like great stuff! No scent (funky or otherwise). Mine, at least, came in a plastic jar (though I appreciated the reviewer who tells you how to get it out of a plastic bag into a tub).Not gonna lie, lanolin is sticky/greasy as all get out. Not something you usually want on your skin. But if you need it, you need it, and this is good product at reasonable price.

I almost didn’t want to type out this review out of the benefit of keeping this product to myself. It works amazingly well and I love it. Will definitely be purchasing again & again. Thank you.

2nd order. The smell confirms the real stuff. Incorporate to body cream to increase the moisturizing effect.

This has the thickness of vaseline. It's the best moisturizer I've found for rough hands and dry skin. It has a bit of a scent, like a horse, but if you can get over that, it's great.
