Very Soothing and pleasingly clean scent.
I am a repeat customer. This shampoo is amazing it makes my dogs fur shiny and soft. The ingredients are very gental and it smells great. I have yet to have an issue with her skin

Gentle and smells nice
This stuff really helps soothe hot spots. I’ve been using the Hot Spot Shampoo and Conditioner on my dog, and it’s made a noticeable difference. The shampoo lathers well and doesn’t smell harsh, and the conditioner leaves her coat soft without irritation. After a few washes, the red, itchy spots looked calmer and didn’t flare up as badly. It’s gentle, easy to use, and actually seems to give relief — not just cover up the smell. If your dog gets irritated spots or itchy skin, this helped us more than the regular dog shampoos I’ve tried. Highly recommend 👌

Helps with their skin
This shampoo helps my dog with his itchy skin. He was constantly licking or biting himself cause he was so dry/itchy . I use this once a week now and after he’s dry, I rub his fur with coconut oil, he doesn’t bite or lick anymore.

Amazing!
Not so sure about hotspot but when I shampoo my small dog its like she went to a salon. My neighbour and I are secretly thinking of trying it on our heads. Its that good.

Good value for the price. It is way cheaper than buying a product with similar ingredients at the vet. There’s no scent.

Great stuff that just works

Did not relieve itch when used as directed.
Our poor chocolate lab developed allergies rapidly at the end of last summer. We took her to the vet twice where she received steroid shots. After reading some of these reviews, we were really expecting a miracle. We followed the directions, but didn't see the results we were hoping for. After two weeks of living in a cone, a friend recommended we talk to our vet about getting a Rx for Zenrelia. That did it! Veterinary Formula may work for dogs with mild allergies, but not our dog. This shampoo smells good and it cleans well, but it did not relieve the itch when used as directed.
