Amazon hävdar att de inte kan skicka den saknade ändknoppen separat, utan jag måste reklamera och beställa varan på nytt... Tänker inte chansa på det - kan ju lika gärna få en ny vara som inte är komplett och som jag därför behöver returna. Mycket konstigt att ett globalt företag inte har en bättre kundservice.
