Failed with water leakage
We have three Evercold units in our house. They all still seam to be chilling water; though I noticed just today water damage on the bar cabinet by where the Evercold sits inside the bar. When I opened the large cabinet where the Evercold sits there was a significant amount of water.I confirmed that the leak is from the Evercold unit, but I can't tell precisely where inside the unit due to the metal box. The connectors (water inlet and outlet) are fairly long, so I was able to set the Evercold out on the stone floor outside of the cabinet. I checked all of the connectors inside the cabinet. All dry. After about 30 min of the Evercold sitting outside the cabinet on the stone floor it became obvious that the leak is from the unit itself not any of the external connectors. For such an expensive -- supposed premium quality -- device to fail in such a disastrous way is unacceptable. The water damage repair for the bar cabinet is just painful.

... of "evercold" and "everhot" for some time now cause like the other reviews i have been unhappy with this ...
I've been trying to get ahold of "evercold" and "everhot" for some time now cause like the other reviews i have been unhappy with this product about a year after I bought it and had a plumber install it. the chiller stopped working after one year. they had me buy a 100 dollar part to fix the problem. i installed it and it worked for another year and crapped out again. my everhot has worked well and is still working to this day. my hot/cold faucet is 9 years old and leaking now when i turn it on. it needs a new cartridge. maybe look for other similar options.

EverCold is JUNK, just ask their sales support
Product is a piece of crap. Has a sealed condenser that goes out after about 5 years. Technical support will tell you it costs more to fix it than to buy a new one. Don't buy this junk.
