I started taking these Carlyle Plant Sterols softgels after a recent doctor visit and blood work showed elevated LDL (bad cholesterol). The softgels themselves are easy to take, and I did not experience any side effects or stomach discomfort while using them. I had issues taking the prescription cholesterol meds, and happy to have found these! With a healthy diet these have kept my cholesterol down. It’s not perfect, but much better. I take 2 in the morning and two in the evening.

This is a capsule easy to swallow. Hubby takes one after dinner with his other Vitamins. We did research On prostate organic vitamins As he did not want to go on a prescription medication from the doctor As they have harsh side effects. , there's only two different Kinds of organic herbs at work for enlarged prostate. The other kind did not work for him. This one he's been taking for about seven years It works amazing. No side effects. No stomach ache no bad smell. It takes about six weeks for your prostate The shrink back down the normal Size. you have to take It on a regular basis. he only takes one a day And that seems to work fine it DID SOLVE HIS ENLARGED PROSTATE PROBLEM , which was causing bad frequent urination issues. At one point he was not even able to make it to the Bathroom on time. This product SOLVED THAT!! he's 57 yrs young. I do recommend this product. We've tried other brands.They did not work.

While I normally purchase the MOST POPULAR brand of plant sterol cholesterol products which has always worked for me with no negative side effects, this one seemed like a much better deal. As I do with all supplements I start with 1/2 a dose with dinner. I never realized how much time I'd be spending in the bathroom that evening and it was uncontrollable. I wanted to be sure if this was what was causing the stomach upset so I didn't take it for a couple for a couple of days. My gastro issues disappeared. So I purposely played guinea pig two nights later and the exact symptoms once again returned. I'm quite convinced this supplement was the culprit. I did some research on titanium dioxide which is an additive used by the manufacturer and while it's legal per the FDA here in U.S., the European equivalent to the FDA says NO BUENO and have banned the additive. For me, MONEY NOT WELL SPENT.

Soft, easy-to-swallow, not too large, no aftertaste. Takes 2- 3 for therapeutic dose. Testing in two more months to determine effectiveness.

These have been great for me - blood tests show my good cholesterol has greatly increased and LDL (bad cholesterol) has fallen moderately. My doctor is pleased with the results and I am not advised now to take statins. A good diet and plenty of these (3 per day) is enough. (older male with high serum cholesterol)

Good product at good price. Imported from USA but no delay or excessive charges and fully informed of delivery process and progress, - except for final stage of van delivery. Does not get 5 stars this time because the package was left in a public place above apartment mailboxes. The van driver did not trouble to press our doorbell.
