Soothing and wonderful
I used this diet with me and my mom. We been having stomach issued for quite sometime. We did great and my mom stop using Omeprazole. I modified the recipes just a little to add more flavor to it, but using natural organic ingredients like chive, rosemary or oregano. We both enjoyed them a lot and the night caps like the sage, mint ginger tea, nutmeg saffron or the anti-inflammatory toddy, the lavender and chamomile tea, the green juice etc were our favorites. Will definitely will do it again for more time to completely heal my tummy.

Well written and set out clearly. All recipes are easy and tasty .I've never felt better and the arthritis has definitely improved to the point of reduced analgesia use.

Love this book and the recipes
It's easy to follow and read and the recipes are very delicious. Well worth it and I can already fill and see the difference of eating well.

Great book
I simply love this book. The recipes are clear and simple... and delicious. I love Lee's approach too. She's not scared of food and uses ingredients like real butter, nuts and avocados. This book is a must for foodies with limited time to cook.

Hidden sugars
Excellent book very informative and easy to understand. I gavel up sugar 3 years ago and the feeling is incredibly now I can go a bit further and learn about hidden sugars.
