Antique Pine Fireplace Bellow with Black Suede Trim by Copperfield Chimney Supply

These were clearly handmade, which normally we very sincerely appreciate. However these seemed less “hand-crafted” and more “rough hewn”. The wood components were excessively thick, so much so the bellows were uncomfortable to grasp - my husband agreed and neither of us have small or delicate hands. For this reason alone, we had to return these as they were meant as a gift for my mom who has severe arthritis. The nozzle was obviously a simple rolled metal cone, which would’ve been fine except the metal work was so haphazardly executed that at first I thought the tip had been dented/crushed. Certainly the materials seem to be of respectable quality and the bellows moved plenty of air, but there was little thought give to the ergonomics or aesthetics of this item.

I had a fireplace bellows Years ago and didn't last long . So I bought what I thought should last long compared to the cheap ones I seen on Amazon. It looks real nice and I did not take the tag off . Nice touch from Johnny Beard !! ...I am a retired Tool and Die maker and I know Quality when I see It !!! Just a little shoutout , Johnny It would be real nice to have a brass stamped tag with Your info on the top ! I think You would sell a TRAIN LOAD !!! Thanks again Ted G.

This set of bellows is beautiful. Everything I could have asked for. I don't review too many items, but I really am looking forward to using these with our wood-burning fireplace as fall and winter draw in. As soon as I opened the box, I could smell the leather and wood materials they used to build the bellows. The craftsmanship is outstanding. I knew I wanted to get a nice set for our house and I couldn't be happier with this selection.

My wife and I name everything, so when the bellows arrived, they were immediately named "Major Bellows", in honor of a character in the old "I Dream of Jeannie" TV show. The bellows are well crafter and very functional. When in use, they help fan the flames/fuel of our Big Green Egg, making it reach steak temperatures in far less time. They are a five star item and made in the USA!

It works great, and I would give it 5 stars but my son touched the hole where the air comes in and now it sounds like a whoopie cushion. It's a nice piece, seems solidly constructed. Overall I'm happy with it.

I love it. I bought this for my husband as a gift because he said he's always wanted one and after a lot of research I picked this one. I definitely made the right choice. Not only is it beautiful and highly functional but it saves my husband from always blowing into the hot ashes when he's trying to get a flame for the wood to ignite and it really works
