Fantastic Product
This carrageenan is great for making vegan cheeses from the Non Dairy Evolution. I tried another kappa carrageenan before this, which was a lot more expensive even w/o me having paid the uk shipping (I live in mainland Europe) and it did not provide satisfactory results, so if you are looking for a carrageenan for that purpose, this is the one to go for, though you'll probably still have to buy lactic acid powder from the Modernist Pantry in the US, at least I was unable to find that available anywhere in Europe..

Useless
Useless for marbling, need to get the lambda kind of carrageenan which is unfortunately out of stock on Amazon. There is very poor transfer of paint onto the alum-prepared paper
