Not ment for people who keep changing their sleeping positions
It is a nice pillow as mentioned it does make you comfortable by sinking your head as per once weight, but only issue is that it takes time to get back to its original shape which makes my sleep disturbing and uncomfortable. My sleep is mostly disturbing so i keep changing my sleep position every time so since this pillow takes time to regain its shape it makes my sleep more disturbing. Orelse overall the pillow is very nice and does the job as mentioned. I liked its hight as well its softness,if only it has not taken time to get in its shape i would have definitely kept it but i got to return it as its not ment for me.

Comfort and value for money
The pillow is extremely comfortable and good for relaxation and neck support. It is excellent value for money. The cotton cover is a plus one for this product as it feels soft against the face and is washable.

Poor Quality/Used Products
Received an used product, requested for an exchange - seems like I received the same product again which was picked up two days ago! Furthermore, there was no response when I called the customer care number

Very comfortable and best Memory Foam Pillow
I have been using this pillow for about long time since I have been using it my sleep has become very relaxed.The material is very good as it keeps the cervical aligned and does not cause any problem in the body. Definitely go for it I used 4.5 inch QUEEN 4inch is also good but above 4.5inch very uncomfortable so checkout 4.5inch or lower

Comfortable
The pillow is comfortable. The thickness suits me and surprisingly after using it for 17 days I haven't had a vertigo attack! The down side is the pillow case. The width of the pillow is 15 inches and the zip length is 10 inches! There is no way the pillow case can be removed which is very disappointing! If you gently force it, the stitches will definitely come off. So, I wonder what were they thinking when they compromised on this! It's important for pillow cases to be washed!
