The item is cheap and very useful. My main reason for writing this is I can't find an adequate way to get amazon to listen to complaints. Every single delivery is dropped in the doorstop or behind the dustbin and abandoned within 20 seconds, sometimes without even ringing the doorbell, and every time they put 'posted in letterbox'! Sometimes I've shouted after them and 9 times out of 10 been ignored. I am a disabled person and cannot move quickly but you do this to every customer of amazon I know aswell as my wife.

These rug grippers are fantastic. We have two rugs on a wooden floor - you have to cross both to get to the downstairs loo and over time, one edge of each rug had turned slightly up making it a huge trip hazard and one rug had nothing to keep it in place.My Father-in-law no longer picks his feet up properly and I was worried that he would trip, we have a sticky mat under one of the rugs but I hate how much dog hair and dust they pick up, plus it doesn't go right to the edges so ordered these and I'm so glad I did.Each gripper has a paper strip that you remove and stick where needed - they really are super grippy and (what I needed) was they can be placed right up (and I mean right up) to the edge of the mat. You just remove the paper strip and place where you want, smoothing the rug down on top. They are an instant solution and, although super sticky, easy to remove and they leave no residue - perfect!There were enough in the pack for me to totally secure the rug that had nothing holding it in place and secure the curled edge on the other. Definitely recommended.

These stick well, and do prevent the rug from moving around, however, my new rug is a fairly cheap hessian one which isn't backed so the back of it is quite 'fluffy' which means there is a limited period of the grippers sticking to the actual rug! They're great on the floor, and worked really well until all the fluff on the back of the rug came unstuck! They still keep the rug relatively still, but obviously would have worked better if I'd sewn non-fluffy patches to the corner's of the underside of the rug first!

I purchased these to use on our lounge rug, as when the children run about it normally slips around the wooden floor.I put two in each corner and one along the edges in the middle. I found it quite difficult to actually put the rug onto the floor once they were stuck to it, but managed eventually.The rug hasn't moved at all! I can even hoover it and it won't move.I used to pick the rug up every day and hoover under it, but now I've been doing it every couple of weeks, and surprisingly other than some little bits round the edges it has remained clean.The grippers can be washed and re-used again.

I have a large heavy rug so it doesn't move much on its own but I did need something to help pin down the edge that was rolled. This works well and does the job without me having to use double sided tape on my floors

A devil to take the paper backing off, but then my nails aren't the best! Easy enough to stick to the rug I bought them for, and the rug stuck to the floor successfully enough too. However, I live alone, so not a great deal of traffic walking on the rug, despite which, within just about three weeks, the rug started to work loose from the floor, and although I managed to stick it back down, it wasn't long before it worked loose again, this time permanently as the adhesive at each corner had finally worn off completely.

These were very good for hessian backed rugs, dont adhere so well to the rubberised rugs. But on the whole pleased with the results.

The packet contained 12 strips so had to cut two in half for a second rug. The adhesive tape was very difficult to take off before sticking to the rug. Now they are attached to the rug and very firmly stuck to the floor, it seems unlikely I can lift the rugs as the strips are extremely difficult to remove. I would be sceptical about the ability to wash the rugs should it be necessary.
