I have wide feet and have to search to get wide enough comfortable shoes so I tried mens size 8 instead allowing for the fact they would be wider, these are so soft and comfortable am so pleased I got them I may buy another pair to put byI just thought I'd add I bought another pair in black they may not be the best looking shoes for a woman to wear but I'm always in trousers so it doesn't matter comfort does! and I am 63 so who cares.

I bought 2 pairs.One backs up the other.When one pair gets a bit smelly I dunk into a basin of water with 10% Dettol for 24 hours.The Dettol kills all the usual "trainer smell" bacteria.After drying out on the line the Dettol smell disappears.The cleaned pair smells good as new.I then do the same for the other pair. Bought these as summer indoor/outdoor 'slippers'. With socks they may be OK, but with bare feet the stitching for the elastic, and the elastic itself is very scratchy and would soon cause sores/blisters. The ekastic is simply just stitched in a rough squarish block making things more uncomfortable. If it had been better shaped and stitched, or covered with some softer smoother material they would have been comfortable. Not worth the effort to return, and couldn't find a better alternative, so cut out the elastic. They now serve my purpose, if now a little loose than ideal. If worn with socks they would probably be a little tight.

I’m pleased with these shoes. I've bought them to be used as “slippers” for in the house rather than as outdoor shoes. They are fairly lightweight and so work well as slippers. Although described as canvas uppers, I think that all the materials in these shoes are possibly man-made. They are a wide fit as per the description, which I needed and so far I’m finding them comfortable having worn them for about a week. If you are looking for lightweight, light-use wide-fit, slip-on shoes, I could recommend these BRETT Canvas Slip-ons.

Absolutely horrid shoes. Brand new they had defects all over with overspill on the sole moulding etc. They are also have a weird foam upper that bunches up in very unattractive manner and is very uncomfortable.They are MAYBE okay if you just want something to wear around the house, but otherwise they were horrible.

Excellent value. The wide fitting is good and the size 11 is just that, too many shoes sold as 11’s are more like a ten. Finish on mine is what I expected, very comfortable. All in all I ike that is why I’ve just ordered another in different colour.

Been looking for casual shoes in this style for ages.Husband delighted with style an comfort. Does not like sandals or slippers but loves these for wearing around the house and garden.I ordered him 4 pairs in different colours.Excellent value.

I have had canvas shoes before. But I wanted a wider fit so the ones I ordered this time are comfortable and I instantly liked the extra width. It does what it says on the tin so to speak.
