I appreciate the high potency of this berberine supplement, with the added advantage of a single-capsule dosage. Many other brands require you to take three or more capsules to achieve what's stated on the bottle. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and believe it's contributing to my overall well-being. I previously used another brand that necessitated swallowing three pills to match the potency of this single pill, and I didn't feel as good with that one. Additionally, this brand doesn't have any unpleasant odor. With a 4-month supply, I'm hopeful this will further enhance my health.

Quality ✔️ease of swallowing ✔️ Performance ✔️ Value for the money ✔️ to I even experience a little bit of weight loss. Consistency is key with this product this is my second bottle so far no side effects and let's not forget about the 4 month supply.

I have only taken a couple weeks and I feel it may be helping decrease my appetite but Im now having constipation issues. Hopefully Miralax will get things going or I will have to stop taking. Its still early so im still optimistic.
