Bought these to add to my DHT blocking regime. Used for a month. Hard to say if they’re helping at this stage. I have found it better to take them early in the day otherwise they affect my ability to sleep.

It didn’t work for me, I love coffee and I’d would say I’ve got a good tolerance to caffeine but unfortunately this tablets made me shake , sweat and feeling like I wanted to puke. But to my husband, someone who never drinks coffee, it worked pretty good, it gave him a good kick. So I guess all depends the person

Excellent for bloating problems!!
These tablets are quite big but they’re surprisingly easy to swallow. They don’t have an after taste, I have tried others which I could taste all day. I’m not sure how well they’re working but I do feel a bit more energy during the day. I have always had a bloated feeling after eating or drinking these have definitely helped that. I’m bad at remembering to take tablets but my body has been letting me know when I’ve missed taking them. They came quicker than expected and the driver was very pleasant too. The price was a bit lower than other brands I’d priced too so I’d honestly recommend this seller and product.

Great green tea!
Great value, high strength good shape, so not hard to swallow green tea capsules. I've been taking green tea supplements for years as I cannot stand to drink the actual tea, it's like pond water to me. Also I feel that supplements give a higher concentration. I swear by the supplements for keeping colds at bay. There is some science to suggest they are of benefit & they certainly work for me. I've not had a cold for 5yrs despite being around other germ infested humans! The price of these work out better than high street ones for the strength + no nasty gelatine shell.
