does the manafactuer have wiring instructions way to hook up this meter

it connects across the output positive and negative terminals. I googled the manufacturer and didn't see any instructions. You can either google or watch a youtube of someone connecting up a DC Voltmeter that should help you get it connected. Put 2 wires on it and connect it to a battery as a start keep the + terminal and - negative connections to the battery correct and you should see it move the needle.
