I am 75 years old and hair has been gradually thinning. I have worn my hair very short to hide the thin hairs in the back. I am African American but have very fine curly hair. I use the mask as well but this I use in my hair on wash day and regular days . This is also amazing I feel the oils its not oily and has made my hair stronger . Last year , after perming my hair for years I finally had hair lost . It was so so hard for me but I was advise to use the mask to help now having the oil no more shedding no breakage and growing . The smell is amazing and here to say I love it . Even haven't no perm my hair is soft manageable.
