Excellent quality noodles
Came vacuum sealed and tasted like freshly made noodles. Put them in a hot wok directly from the package for three minutes during the last stage of making drunken noodles and they came out tasting exactly as I had hoped. Would definitely buy again. And not that it matters but there is not one word of English on the package so I will take that as them being authentic!

All Chinese-No English instructions/Expiration Date
I ended up tossing them because I don't read Chinese. I expected at least an expiration date in English, as they are selling internationally, but NOTHING, No Expiration Date, No cooking instructions, everything in Chinese.

Finally - wide rice noodles for home cooking
Bought these to make drunken noodles. Unless you like to make your own rice noodles, it’s pretty much impossible to find, at the store, 1” wide noodles. (I tried once making my own noodles and it was a disaster!) These noodles did great after soaking in hot water and then finishing in the pan with the rest of the dish. They had a nice chewy feel and tasted good, absorbing the sauce they were in. Beware that there is no English on the package itself, so I had to trust that there were no unexpected ingredients and assumed the cooking instructions were similar to other rice noodles.

Doesn’t worth the money/ no return policies for this crap
What a joke! It cost $7.99 for a little portion of noodles! I tried to returned it but no return policies for this item. Also doesn’t even have instructions in English! So stupid! My fault, I know! But be aware.

Why cover expiration?
It was nife noodles. Very unique texture. One thing i didn't like was they somehow covered the original expiration. They had it on the sticker really really small, i had to look for it for a long while. The quality and taste was great but it feels a little expensive.
