I've had other flavors of sleep pastilles that I prefer, but these are still pretty good. Not overly sweet either, which is great. They are soothing, moderately effective, and are kind of a hard gummy texture. You suck on them like a lozenge. In fact, if you have a little tickle in your throat, and can't sleep, these are the answer. The container is clever and we re-use ours for all kinds of things.

Bach Remedies doesn’t have a strong effect, but this does promote relaxation. The taste is not great, like spoiled raisins. Maybe that’s just the taste of currents, but I wondered if this had come out of a hot warehouse. These also contain sugar-free sweeteners that can be like a laxative. It’s not excessive, but something to keep in mind.

My daughter suggested I try these and for the first time ever I can remember my dreams when I wake up in the morning. This makes me think I am sleeping deep enough to get to the dream state. I wake up fewer times through the night and wake up feeling rested in the morning. I did not think I had a problem sleeping but it just got better. I take one gummy every night just before bed. One time I chewed 4 because they taste so good and the dreams were weirder than I prefer so back to just one before bed.

I have used Rescue Remedy pastilles intermittently over several decades. I like them and this particular flavor is right in my flavor palate. They work nicely when you have had a rough time, like just feeling overwhelmed with the day and need a touch of something to take the edge off. I have used them to help me go to sleep by taking them in the evening with a cup of chamomile tea and off to beddy bye I go. If you are someone who feels a bit anxious or overwhelmed at times, this is a good item to have on hand. Having it in this form is nice. It looks like a candy and no one is the wiser if you take one.

Good flavor and I am sure they are good for you. But, didn't help me sleep at all. I did get break through heart burn too? Not positive it was this... but if you struggle you might pick something else.
