I am mostly L but sometimes XL size in other clothing. I ordered in an XL and it fit tight but good enough. I added extra foam because of my batman costume but even with the foam it comes with already makes a big difference. The shirt also seems durable enough for costume use.

Its a cool product, but sizing is terrible. I am 6'3, 205 lbs with big arms. If you are 180+ you won't fit in the XL. Sizing is terrible. I ordered and XL and couldn't get the sleeves above my forearms. Had to return it. Arms will rip if i even try putting it on again. Didn't come close.

This is more of a compression body thing rather than a chest binder…when it’s folded up twice that’s when it’s more of a binder

These look great on my husband under a dress or even a casual shirt when we are going out. He doesn’t wear them all the time, but his body has changed over time and this helps his kind of big gut. I am 6'1" and 220 lb. The extra large size fits me perfectly. The shirt makes me look really muscular, especially in the chest area. However, the arm portion stops at the elbow, which makes my arms look big where they meet my real arms at the bottom of my biceps. I am wearing it under a shirt to hide this.

Item received was as described in the website. I did take a size larger than normal. Have not washed as yet but very happy with my purchase
