So after reading reviews I finally got these and love them! Not 100% sure if it actually does anything beneficial but it definitely gives you a confidence boost. My husband agrees they were a good purchase. They fit comfortably, dont slide, and are pretty good quality.

I bought these KICOSOADT Booty Bands for my lady when she went through one of those “I saw this on TikTok and now I’m changing my life” fitness phases. Being the supportive partner that I am, and also someone who appreciates a good booty when I see one, I figured investing fourteen dollars into her goals was the least I could do. Honestly, it felt like responsible relationship management. She gets stronger, healthier, and motivated, and I get to observe the process like a very proud, slightly biased research assistant. Fast forward eight or nine months and I have to admit these things actually stuck around, which already puts them ahead of about 90 percent of impulse fitness purchases. She still uses them, still swears by them, and occasionally straps them on and does those sideways shuffles around the house like a determined crab with excellent posture. They seem durable, comfortable, and they definitely get the job done because she keeps reaching for them during workouts. It is a win for her fitness goals, a win for my viewing experience, and honestly a win for the household in general. Buy with confidence, and fellas or ladies, treat your partner right and support their goals. Sometimes the best investments in a relationship cost less than a pizza and come with surprisingly great long term returns. 💪

I bought the booty bands to see if they help relieve hip pain. It does actually seem to help when I use them. However, they are not comfortable enough to wear all the time, and it's not recommended to wear them for long periods by the manufacturer. For short term use while exercising or walking it's comfortable enough. Fit is good. They are stretchy, while not too stretchy. They're adjustable and the Velcro is strong. They are well worth the money.

They look like good quality material BUT, they slip down constantly no matter how tight you make them. The metal pieces also slide around. Do not recommend.

So perfect for squats. They stay in place.
