So after reading reviews I finally got these and love them! Not 100% sure if it actually does anything beneficial but it definitely gives you a confidence boost. My husband agrees they were a good purchase. They fit comfortably, dont slide, and are pretty good quality.

These Booty Bands Are Worth It
I bought the booty bands to see if they help relieve hip pain. It does actually seem to help when I use them. However, they are not comfortable enough to wear all the time, and it's not recommended to wear them for long periods by the manufacturer.For short term use while exercising or walking it's comfortable enough. Fit is good. They are stretchy, while not too stretchy. They're adjustable and the Velcro is strong.They are well worth the money.

They look like good quality material BUT, they slip down constantly no matter how tight you make them. The metal pieces also slide around. Do not recommend.
