This is amazing. My hair breaks so easily I’m actually having issues but with this device very little hair breaks. I was actually afraid of the breakage the traction could have caused but it’s actually so much better than just the normal hairdryer. I’m actually impressed

Broken in less than 2 months
Purchased in may and now not working. Beeping and red light. So frustating and cannot work out how to contact to explain issue.
