Extremely disappointed with this product. The actual size is much smaller than it appears in the listing images, making it feel misleading. It does not match the expectations created by the product photos. The biggest issue is the after-sales experience. There is no return option, only a replacement policy, even when the product doesn’t meet expectations. There is also no easy way to contact the seller or get proper customer support through the app, leaving customers with no practical solution. The product may be functional, but it is not what I expected based on the listing. Before purchasing, be aware that if you’re unhappy with the size or overall product, you may not be able to return it. Buy only if you’re absolutely sure, as you could end up stuck with something you don’t want.

The product in itself is good but I realised too late that it doesn't work for my hair. If you have very thick or curly hair, this WON'T WORK FOR YOU. That being said, this is still a good tool for when I need to straighten my hair with a straightner, after using this my straightning time is cut in half. But as a standalone product this is pretty much useless for my hairtype
