ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Use it every year on my pool steps and around the edges . It removes any yellow hard water stains on steps and skimmers even on liner . I open and clean several pools and always sprinkle this around as my last step when finished and all my customers are amazed at how clean I got their steps ! I recommend it to all of them. Makes the water sparkle. It may not feel like you get a large amount but it doesn’t take much . Easy to use . I do wish it came in a larger size . It feels a little pricey when buying but worth every penny. I have submitted a video before you can see the yellow disappear.

It works great on metal stains but be sure to read and follow the directions. Before using and after reading the directions you will need one additional product from Bio guard. Also using this product will create a heavy demand for chlorine shock. But slowly add the shock over a week other wise the metal stains could reoccur. Watching some videos on line was really helpful with this.

Didn’t work if you are trying to do it in the pool full of water to remove a stain

It's like magic in a bottle. I apologize for not taking before and after photos, but with the photos I did take, you can see how orange my steps and cozy cove were. It was like burnt orange. I did use two bottles to fully restore them. I just sprinkled on top of the affected area and presto!

Works great, too expensive

This product was immediately effective at removing iron stains from our pool. I tried a different company's product 2 weeks prior and it made no change to our pool. When the BioGuard showed up and it was the same powdery consistency of the previous product, my expectations were not very high. However, as my video shows, this stain remover is a different animal. It immediately removed the stains that the powder came into contact with, and after about an hour of the pump circulating, the entire pool was free of stains.

I seem to have 2 different stains in my pool and this product got rid of the worst one now i need to get more of a scale remover for the rest But product even arrived a few days early which is always good
