Juicy energy boost for long runs
These work great! Flavor is fruity and refreshing, consistency is similar to honey and pretty thick. Goes down easy and no upset stomach at all. I use these for long runs every hour and after about 10-15 min I feel a good boost. 10/10!

Love these gels!
So good. My favorite gels that helped me hit my marathon goal. Tried and true through every long run. I alternate between these and the caffeine free ones. Taste about as good as running gels can lol and you get good value for the money. I don’t mind the thick texture / consistency but I would def recommend drinking water after. Easy to rip open with one hand if needed and use during runs and they are very effective for fueling. I’ve never had any gut issues with these gels and I can be sensitive with that. Overall great gels. Very happy with them.

This is way better than the GU brand. Easy to digest, no stomach issues and pretty tasty. Easy to put in your feed bag on your bike or grab for a quick calorie boost when you're on the move.

Taste bad and upset my stomach
I like honey stinger wafers so I thought I'd try the gels. First, they taste like industrial chemicals (or at least what I imagine those taste like) which was shocking given that they are labeled as organic. They also upset my stomach pretty badly when I was doing long training runs for a marathon. There are other organic exercise gels on the market that taste good and are more stomach-friendly. Buy those, not these.
