Gorgeous bike
Beautiful bike, arrived in perfect condition. Very well packaged. Can't wait to ride it. Didn't get advised when it was arriving by the courier so it sat on doorstep for 5 hours with no notification, very lucky it was there when I arrived home from work.

Is it intended for a children or a Woman
Looks very nice BUT it’s not a women’s size it’s a girl’s size.So it’s too small for the women it’s intended for. Need to Change it please

Comfortable ride, poor design and manufacture of some parts
Bought this for my wife, who, so far, is very pleased with the riding performance. However, the integral stand was absolutely useless. When brought down, the front wheel turns to the left, which consequently unbalances the bike allowing it to tip over. Had to buy a quality stand costing £18.99, which now provides a safe and stable support. Additionally, the existing stand had to be removed, necessitating the use of the supplied spanner to loosen the wheel nut. The spanner was of such poor material that it was unable to grip effectively and subsequently bent out of shape. A professional spanner had to be used to do the job. I don’t mind items being made in China, although most manufacturing should be brought home. In this case, the designers should have ensured that both designs and materials were up to the job!!!

Great product - slightly falls short on the gear ratios.
It's slightly smaller than a standard adult bicycle, but also notably lighter. Beautifully packaged with the tools needed for the final part of assembly which took us about 3 hours including unpacking, fine adjustment of saddle, brakes and fitting lights (not supplied). 24 inch diameter wheels and perfect for the smaller adult female. It seems to be their only version with gears otherwise we may have gone for the 26 inch size. We would have awarded 5 stars but for those gears, which seem rather overly aimed to lower speeds. All in all, a tidy and well finished product. Thank you.
