No customer service and product not being sold as advertised
This product is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!!! Anything that is too good to b true is just that! This dash cam has hd picture quality but video quality suffers greatly because this dash cam ONLY SUPPORTS UP TO 64GB SDCARD! With that said, the frame rate suffers resulting in a choppy video that you can't really watch and for whatever reason it becomes pixelated and distorted when you're watching a simple playback of a recording even when plugged in via cable... now, let's discuss the app, if u go to Google play, you'll find all the reviews on that app that are mostly poor reviews and many are having the issue I'm having with the app as well. The dashcam doesn't connect via wifi as advertised and if it does, is one in a million. I also tried reaching out to the manufacturer whom are located over at China who didn't bother replying after two emails I sent them, one from my personal email and another via Amazon support. I dont understand why this product has any good feedback on Amazon when clearly isn't true. as an honest consumer, I ADVICE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! You will not get customer support and the quality of this dashcam is terrible! Now, due to trustingness of product being sold over Amazon, I have to unwired my car simply to return this garbage. If you buy this product, you'll find that all my claims are true and accurate, but before you install anything on your car, test this crap of a dashcam with your phone and computer and you'll see that is a waste of money and time. Thanks.

Great system for the price, but USE A DIFFERENT APP for WiFi connectivity!!
The media could not be loaded. The first thing that I noticed about this camera upon unboxing was the feel of it; it has a nice solid metal heft that, while only a few ounces of weight, makes it feel like a quality and solidly-built precision instrument. Windshield mount is a suction cup with a rotary twist-to-lock dial that seems great; it may be a tactile illusion but it seems a lot more secure than the lever-type lock that's on a lot of suction cup mounts. I've had it mounted up for several weeks now through widely varying temperature changes as well as offroad vibration and bouncing and it hasn't moved or loosened, so it's off to a good start. The camera itself is great. Video quality is perfectly acceptable and in daytime license plates and street signs are easily readable at the proper distances and the video is clear and smooth - no stuttering or pixelation like I've encountered in other dashcams. Nighttime video is the best I've yet found in a dashcam; the picture can tend to be a bit washed-out, but that has more to do with my LED headlamps than the camera itself, I think... the LEDs just cast a little hotter than the lens likes. Road signs and license plates aren't very readable at night because I get flashback from the retroreflective coatings, but again I know that a large part of that is a result of my superwhite LEDs. Overall, though, this thing does great at night.I did NOT hook up the secondary (backup or alternate) camera because my truck is tiny and I don't need a backup cam, and in using the additional camera as an alternate view cam, I discovered that when the main unit is recording two channels of video, the resolution of both is reduced to VGA, which is lower than I'm going to tolerate. This is a known element of this camera system (these guys offer another system for about $50 more that will record both channels in 1080p, but I didn't like the look of that one as much) so I do not reduce my rating for this.IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT BOTHER with the mobile application recommended by the manufacturer. It's terrible. It will rarely connect to the camera's wifi, the lag is horrible when it does, and it frequently freezes up. INSTEAD, search "Bresser Dashcam" on the Google Play Store (for Android, not sure if Bresser has an iOS version) and use that app instead. As long as you use the Bresser app instead of the manufacturer app, the wifi connectivity and usefulness of this camera system is great; it's an easy way to access all the system settings (though it's also possible, albeit a bit complex, to set everything up using the camera buttons alone) as well as live-monitor and download and review earlier recordings. The GPS function is handy; all recorded video can have a running footer displaying time, date, speed, and latitude/longitude; additionally, if you load a recording into the manufacturer's desktop (PC, not sure about Mac) application, you can view location on a map, speed, compass, as well as g-force readings (XYZ axes). The desktop application is fairly terrible, it looks like it was designed for Windows95, but it's fun to review that kind of data.Overall, I'm entirely pleased with this system. I will update if/when I run into any issues, but so far this is a fantastic and highly recommended purchase.

Highly recommend. Have personally purchased 2
The media could not be loaded. Awesome camera. Front is much more clear than the rear but still good. Very simple to use and understand. I definitely recommend this product and have recommended it many times. I have a set of these cameras in my pick up and also a set in my tow truck at work. So far I’ve caught one accident that I wasn’t involved in and one that I was involved in. This camera saved the day as the other person was attempting to blame me until I showed the camera footage on the spot before the cops even got there. If you take some time to play with it and learn the functions you should have no problem setting up and operating the system

Overall satisfied
Been using this dashcam for several months now and I must say I'm satisfied with my purchase. The picture quality absolutely perfect. The front cam 1080 super clear on large monitor, not 4k. The rear cam 720p although a bit blurry still able to capture the car behind you. Experience some near-incidents and the videos + images proven life-saver! The downside is there's no power-off (there's a button but it will continuously turned on due slight motion). If only the battery last a bit longer, it'll be perfect device. But as long you keep it plugged into your lighter hub, it'll stay on and record. Just a tip, buy an extra long USB cable if you'd like to keep it tidy instead of hanging.
