Convenient and work well, but could use a temperature adjustment
I suffer from Reynaud's syndrome so keeping my hands warm -- especially my fingers -- is a constant struggle in the winter. These hand warmers work well. I keep them in my pocket, both around the house and outside, so I can get a shot of warmth any time. They're also small enough that I can slip them into a pair of gloves, though snug-fitting gloves wouldn't work. They hold a charge well and I especially like the fact that I can daisy-chain them to my computer or in my car with the USB cables. My only complaint is that the low setting is too low while the medium setting is just a tad too warm. I haven't used the high setting. Nonetheless, they beat the disposable hand warmers.

Disappointed
Based on the reviews, I expected to be impressed with this item. One reviewer mentioned it getting almost "too hot" out in 4 degree weather.Well, mine arrived today. I charged it for 2 hours until it was full, and headed out in 17 degrees to test it out.I came back in 5 minutes later disappointed. Even on the hottest setting, it felt luke-warm inside my hooded sweatshirt hand warmer. As soon as cold air hit this thing it was cool to the touch. Once I got back inside it sure felt warm, but outside I might as well had nothing.I will give this another try tonight and tomorrow and update this review as needed. Then, if needed, I will return it and just by some better gloves.

It has theraputic value
I bought two of these thinking they could be used like hot stones for theraputic massage. Problem is moving them around over the skin takes the heat out of them very quickly and they dont warm up quick enough to sustain that purpose. Cant dock any stars for that because that was not how it was presented for its intended purpose. I did still see a purpose in the fact you can put it on painful tight muscles and joints for relief and you can use this as a usb power source. The reason I did dock one star was because the heat source is not constant it gets hot then stops then continues heating then stops constantly. It does have indicator lights red for the heat level and blue for battery level but only three light levels not the standard four.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased this. Just like others on here, I had it for less than a week and the battery no longer holds a charge. Very disappointing.

Perfect for Raynaud's sufferers (even retail workers!)
I have Raynaud's, working retail and I can't easily get any heat, since the building is often cold and work with my hands. There is only so much relief I can get from putting my hand on my stomach under my shirt.I have been using shaking hard warmers for months and after cleaning out my car, I found almost 40 of them, since I started using two at a time. They never stay warm once you move them around, and take FOREVER to warm up. I had heard about rechargeable warmers, but never found any. Heated gloves don't work ,since they are too bulky and ended up cutting my what little circulation I had.THANKFULLY, after adding some hand warmers to my cart, I saw this in my recommendations. After reading the other reviews, I felt this had a good chance of being what I needed. Its PERFECT! It has three settings, the first of which is not hot enough for me, personally, but setting two gets very spicy! If I grip it with both hands (which is what I need) it doesn't get quite so hot, but with one hand, it will get burning hot pretty quick.Admittedly, I know they recommend NOT holding with with your bare hand, but my disorder requires a lot of heat and quickly and this works. It heats up in literally seconds. It lasts around 4-5 hours on second setting, which is a little short for me, because I actually hold this a large amount of my day. It charges a little slow compared to the use time, about 1-1.5 hours with a fast charger, but it is a piece of electronics that's main purpose is to just be hot all the time, so I can over look that. It gets evenly hot on both sides, which is another great feature that is a dream!

fantastic!!!!!!! I shoot skeet twice a week all winter long in Connecticut, I can't shoot with a glove on my right hand,we had two nights where the wind chill was 14 degrees below 0 put my hand in my pocket it was hot and toasty . six other shooters purchased them they all love them
