I will say this isn't the best brand but it is not the worst. Slightly less sweet taste than the more expensive brand but less gamey taste than the cheapest.

Don't like the weird taste

Judee's Goat Milk - Very mild goat taste which I can tolerate. Another brand called Z Naturals is the same as I tested them side by side - mixed in slightly warm water so they blended well and chilled an hour before tasting and both were the same. I wish to God someone would sell a goat milk that was chilled on ice as it was coming out the goat - and no male goats were within a mile of the milkers. I really miss my fresh, sweet, absolutely no goaty taste milk I used to have when we milked. It was perfect - not a hint of goat - just like fresh cream - just like cow milk but even better. I don't understand why home goat milkers with far less can achieve this and commercial producers cannot. I would love to find a grass-fed goat milk with no goat taste - AT ALL. If you can find a local goat milker - probably the only way you'll get milk without that funky taste at all.

This powdered goat’s milk has literally saved my life. I use it by the gallon in baking, for smoothies and in my coffee. It’s makes high quality, safe goats milk accessible for people with autoimmune issues who can’t have regular milk. It far exceeds the canned evaporated goats milk available in grocery stores in terms of taste, quality and price.

Though I mainly give it to my inside and outside feral cats as a treat, it's good to know that I would have some emergency milk for coffee. I like powdered goat milk because any other kind I would end up wasting.
