I’ve been taking these for a little while now, and I have to say, in terms of comparison, these are probably the best of their kind that I have personally encountered. It can take some time before you start to notice results with any supplement like this, but I actually noticed very quickly change in the overall health of my hair and nails. I knew that I had to wait for anything that would be fully affected to grow out, but my nails seemed stronger and smoother within about two weeks. My hair took even less time to start to show improvement. I have very baby fine hair. A lot of it, but it doesn’t matter because it’s so fine. I have to take a lot of care to keep it healthy so that I can reduce breakage at much as possible, because my hair looks so thin. I noticed improvement to its overall health within about a week and a half - my breakage and shedding rates started to decrease, and my hair was starting to become shinier. The overall texture had significantly improved within another two weeks and I was starting to see it growing in more quickly by the month mark. My skin has definitely improved as well. I experience far fewer breakouts, and my skin feels super healthy. It’s soft and smooth, wounds seem to heal more quickly and with less scarring, and it just looks like it’s got a lot more nourishment, if that makes sense? My skin also seems to have more elasticity to it. Im super impressed with these- while taking anything can certainly produce a placebo effect, I’m of the mind that if the mechanism to activate that placebo effect, it’s just taking a supplement, then it’s working nonetheless. I’ve taken other supplements like this one before, but I’ve never had one so quickly showing improvement nor have I seen this much improvement across-the-board. I’ll definitely be continuing to take these going forward.

In the past couple of years, I have noticed my hair thinning: probably not enough for anyone else notice, but it seems when I wash my hair the escapees are more numerous. So, I've dabbled in such products that promise fuller, healthier hair. And my verdict on these capsules? One bottle/one month in, I'm still at a maybe. I can't say I've noticed fewer strands being shed, but it has also not increased, so maybe that's something? I had to dock one star because the pills have given me some really strong heartburn a handful of times, but I have GERD, so it might not be an issue for those with a properly functioning esophagus!

First off let me start by saying how great they taste. My hair is growing faster and feel so much more thicker than it used to. This has been very affective on my hair has my hair looking very healthy and shiny. These are very easy to take as I mentioned before great tasting no aftertaste. This has been easy on my stomach. I’ve not gotten any side effects. Happy with results I received so far great value for your money.
