The light is on but nothing is happening ?

They are not great I have swam 250 lengths every day for over 50 years. I bought a Waterproof Sony Walkman ...superb.

Is this compatible with windows 10? (i have tried other mp3 players for swimming but couldn't transfer music to them as they were not compatible)

Yes! You can use Windows 10 to transfer music onto the SYRYN MP3 player.

My daughter is an artistic swimmer and needs to be able to hear music under the water up to 3 metres depth. Is the sound quality/ connection good?

Hi there! The Syryn Waterproof MP3 Player is waterproof for continuous immersion up to 10 feet deep (IPX8 waterproof; any deeper and the pressure underwater isn't recommended for headphone use). The sound quality is great, and we have different headphone bundles to choose from as well. Please check out the options and see which one is the best fit for your daughter's needs!

Why won't it charge up

Assuming you are plugging it in right and the lead is ok, I guess the player has developed a fault.
