Does this actually help reduce the appearance of small broken capillaries?

It won’t get rid of them I’ve tried all sorts I am going to try injections it’s expensive but creams are a waste of time

Does this product actually work? Given the answers so far I doubt it.

It worked for me. If you use it consistently you can definitely see the difference. I only bought it once and it improved my skin quickly. Removed liver spot and broken red capilaries. I havent used it anymore. Just stick to my regular moisturiser now.

No and it didn't clear capillaries either

does this work for broken veins on legs?

I didn't find it very effective and stopped using it, my capillary veins are visible but not too big. I bought a laser pen off the internet which comes with a plug in charger, this is more effective. You just need to keep at it and they eventually disappear, or become much less noticeable. I use a No.7 cover stick from Boots the chemist too, they do the job too. Good luck
