My apartment is near a tree line and all sirts of insects try to come inside. The apartment became infested with moths several years ago and I was constantly purchasing sticky moth paper (that works well) but it was too expensive for me.I tried one bug zapper and was thrilled to see all the bugs it caught. I got 2 additional zappers for my closet and guest room. The furst zapper is kept in the kitchen and I’m happy to say I have no moths and any pesky insects that come inside are drawn to the light and that’s the end of them.The savings from no longer purchasing moth and fly traps has more than paid for the cost of 3 zappers. I have peace of mind without the flying insects.The zappers are well made with hard plastic material, safe to use, quiet when not zapping insects, they work as advertised and replacement bulbs are easy to find on Amazon. I definitely recommend them.

5 stars. One of the cheapest I found on Amazon. Bug hits it with a strong POP so it's powerful. Has run 2 full nights without hiccups. Light is fairly bright with that typical light blue glow which seems different but has proven effective thus far

Okay, I was skeptical at first but this is legit. This thing has been keeping my house fruit fly and fly free since I bought it. The only downside its it does not have a switch on and off button and you have to disconnect it everytime you want it off but other that that it does what its supposed to!

Best thing I’ve ever gotten on Amazon. It paid for itself the moment I unpacked it. I live in Texas and we have a lot of mosquitos and insects. This is a life saver. So happy I bought it. It’s been killing bugs for hours and I can see that there are far less bugs than before. Thank you for this awesome product. Will recommend to friends.

Probably works fine but I returned it before I even opened it because I realized it did not have a switch on the unit. I just threw out my first zapper (not this brand/model) which lasted almost a year. We left it on 24/7 because it was a pain to plug/unplug it all the time and it just fried and was very hot. Spouse was in the room and unplugged it and said the top was very hot. Could have started a fire. I won't buy another one that does not have a on/off switch in a convenient location on or near the unit.

It seems to be working. It’s making zapping sounds from time to time and something is killed! Looks elegant too. Price is reasonable!

So far so good on effectiveness and durability. We're using this indoors for house fly and mosquito control so cannot speak to all weather rating. The kill is remarkably quiet. We had a competing bug zapper indoors that made a really loud snap for the kill that would make you jump almost every time. This kill snap sound is more muted which is nice. It's very bright and seems to draw them in so long as it's not competing with other bright light sources. Will update based on bulb like and replacement ease. This unit is powered 24/7.

This well priced bug zapping device is truly of big help in our home, as we had too many littlefruit flies due to our fresh fruit consumption. After leaving this nice bug zapper on for 2 days,there were hardly any fruit flies around any longer.

Tiene muy poca efectividad para atraer insectos, particularmente mosquitos. En ocasiones, las descargas eléctricas dejan de funcionar; y en otras ocasiones, comienza a funcionar pero sin atrapar insectos. La luz no es azul violeta sino versosa.
