Wow. As someone who has constipation, eats wheat gluten where i shouldn’t due to intolerance buildup can get bad. I wish i read the ingredients before buying, the Senna dose in each capsule i think is too strong, you’re basically taking laxitives everyday however i hope the other ingredients help recover the gut at the same time. I physically do not think i could ever take two capsules together 🤣. I fear my body will only rely to digest with laxitives. I do not want to be dependent on such product i hope it will be easy to come off. Yes like other reviews plan well when you take them, me personally 1st night worked in 12 hrs, 2nd night worked in 8 hours tonight i will take even later as i fear it’ll work quicker over night. With this remember to re plenish your electrolytes, drink litres of water, peppermint tea, easy clean foods on your tummy. Few cramps, 3 cramps , 3 toilet trips in a row then i’m good. Personal experience everyone elders may be different! I am very satisfied and happy with the clear out i didnt know my body was capable of storing. Currently quite bloated but i know it will go down and i’ll have a flat tummy, can’t wait.

It definitely cleared something - however being one with various digestive issues already this probably wasn’t the most sensible idea. Yes I should have given it longer to see a difference but it made me feel so low and uneasy the 3 days I used it. I clearly don’t have the perseverance for it. My stomach stayed swollen the entire time and truly you should be on the floor with the bathroom nearby. Make sure to drink plenty of water and likely add some Lucozade to top up on salts. Gave it 3 stars as it does clear your digestive system but for me at the cost of my quality of life

Yes, reordering my 7th bottle- supply. It works but 2 capsules in one take but takes linger12-14 hours. Make sure you calculate and stay at home to avoid uncomfortable and embarrassing situations. Preferable to take with your last meal in the evening, go to bed so it’s works overnight and by morning or midday it cleanses your body. Thank you.

I ordered this to help with my constipation. After reading all the reviews I decided this would be the one to help! And my god it does. I decided to take just one tablet the first night, by lunch time the following day I was able to go. I continued to take the one tablet for three days in total. After the third night of taking the tablet and waking up early in the morning with severe stomach cramps (similar to labour) I have decided I cannot keep taking this. I am now too scared to eat anything in case I need to run to the toilet. To the people to manage to take the 2 tablets and last the 15 days you guys are machines! It certainly “does what it says on the tin” but you will suffer from severe stomach cramps.

The reviews made me buy so I feel compelled to write my own whilst say on my toilet. Currently on day 2 and my god these work. Don’t venture far the sudden urge to go comes out of no where. I feel 6 stone lighter and absolutely amazing. Worried about what my partners going to do this afternoon when he plays golf but thats his problem. Took one tablet the first night at bedtime woke up at 3am with stomach ache. Went a few times then fine the remainder of the day. Took one last night slept well and woke up fine. It hit me about 8am and been 4 times so far this morning. Won’t be venturing far this week thank god I work from home. Does what it says on the tin no more constipation and my stomach is now flat and my clothes fit better already.
