This Electric wheelchair is an excellent product. Very pleased with my purchase and at a reasonable cost. I have found it very comfortable, easy to use and great for travelling as it folds so easily into such a compact way to get it in the car. It is also so much more manageable as it’s lighter to lift. It’s a game changer for independence and mobility! Delivery was when expected and communicated well. Very minimal assembly to use, only to plug in the controller and battery and you’re ready to go. The battery arrives shortly after the chair (an airline restriction that can’t be helped, but it was only a few days and not a problem) The company has great customer service too. Very efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and this wheelchair.

This has been the best purchase made for my husbands disability. It is so easy to operate and manoeuvre manually. It has made our life so much easier and the weight to lift into the car so simple. The 2 options to charge the battery ideal.

I made this purchase based on the information provided in the Amazon description. These descriptions are very important in making a decision to purchase so accuracy is paramount. Having spent £899 of my limited savings on this wheelchair I am disappointed. I have specific criteria for a wheelchair in that I need one to get around, it needs to be foldable and light enough to lift into my car. In addition to this it needs to be able to carry me indoors and out on different surfaces. This is clearly stated in the item description. BUT now my wheelchair has at long last been delivered and I have compared it to the Amazon description it can be seen that there are considerable discrepancies. Amazon says it will carry 150kg while the handbook claims only135kg. Amazon claims it will traverse all terrain where the handbook says only indoors and smooth pavements. In fact, half the handbook is more about what this chair can’t do than what it can and is very negative in general. How much is true and how much is lost in translation? I am truly disabled and need a usable wheelchair not an expensive ornament. I need accurate information about this product so I can make an informed decision on purchasing it and not have the extreme hassle of having to send it back. It is difficult to understand why items like this are actually manufactured. How an arthritic individual is considered to be capable of using this wheelchair is beyond my comprehension as while I can just manage to sit on the chair, I can’t get my feet on the foot rest (and I am only 27 inches inside leg) and then trying to stand up to move to one of my alternate seats is very difficult to do which is all due to the design of this wheelchair as little thought was given to who would use this chair and to how it would be used. Such a shame, it is all very pretty and quite well made but for someone like me with osteoarthritis and painful stiff joints, it is not fit for purpose. I hope that Amazon will be helpful and willing to aid me in getting this returned and refunded as it was so poorly described.

This is a great chair, it is easy to use my wife loves it. Arrived well before due date and supplier was greatly helpful. 5* plus.
