This knee brace is a game changer! I tried 6 braces before this one and this one is the real deal. It is important to put it on while the knee is bent 90 degrees. I work 12 hours a day walking long distances and this brace enabled me to do that comfortably. After tearing my MCL I was dreading surgery. I feel this brace has enabled me to avoid surgery and provided relief to the weight on my knee so that I won’t have to have surgery. Still crossing fingers on that. Obvious to some folks but maybe not others: it bears the weight of your body onto the brace instead of your knee. It also prevents turning it the wrong way. Very helpful and I’m so grateful I bought this brace. I would recommend it to anyone! Price is great too

When I first went to try it on I hadn't looked at the photos so I tried to put the bigger end on my thigh. This of course made it the incorrect leg so I looked at the photos. It is listed as "one size" The picture is of the thigh support on my biceps. If it's one size then I got the wrong one.

UPDATE: after adjusting and re adjusting the straps, finally figured out how to snug the top strap! Since no directions came with the brace I ordered, it has been trial and error. I know there are videos, etc, but clear, simple directions with products would be greatly appreciated by me! I changed the 3 star to 4! Highly recommend this brace. I will he interested to see just how long this will last! Still makes some noise, but with trial and error with this as well, can quiet things down! 😀 The main issue I have is that the top strap is too long to be able to Velcro on snug, so therefore, it is loose. The brace is effective, though. I have advanced arthritis in both knees. Now, bone-on-bone. I am trying to avoid surgery, but will eventually have to have surgery of some kind. Until then, I will use braces like this. Another minor issue is that with wear, the brace begins to make noises. Some can be taken care of…others…nope. Understanding that with wear and tear, appliances like this will begin to make noises! I am actually pleasantly surprised that this has worked as well as it has!

I recently started using an OA brace, and the brace work amazing!!! The brace is designed to fit comfortably around the knee, offering great support without feeling restrictive. Especially during daily activities and exercise, it has effectively reduced knee pain and provided excellent stability. With the brace on, I feel much more confident moving around and putting less stress on my knee. Overall, this oa brace has been a fantastic investment, significantly improving my quality of life. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with knee issues! If you plan to wear it for a long time, it is best to wear a leg warmer or clothing underneath the brace, as this will be more comfortable.

this is a knee unloader brace. Works great for people with bone on bone pain. It does not slide down the leg when put on properly. Wife can now walk faster with out pain.

Not impressed. It's hard to fit and wears a hole in your leg after a short time.

Great support and upped my walking abilities from 3,000 steps to 10,000 in a months time. Could use replacement velcro strips for tightening and reajusting. Mine wore quicker than I expexted.
